The 1st round of the Annihilation tournament was over and currently a party was underway for the completion of the first round. Looking around Rin noticed that there were even more people here than there were at the first round.

Currently everyone was simply chatting be the watchers or fighters, be they the ones who lost in the first round or those that were advancing on to the second. Izuku and his group were currently with Soryuin  were watching a video on Shion's phone.

More specifically the video of Hatsumi being shaved and eating his own hair.

"You know I knew it would be satisfying." Izuku muttered before grinning. "But I didn't think it would be this satisfying." He admitted before looking toward an equal grinning Shion. "Thanks for handling it Ms.Soryuin." He told the older woman only for her to Scowl and flick his forehead. "What did you just call me?" She asked with Izuku frowning  as a small blush came to his face.

"Thanks for handling it big sis Shion." He muttered trying to ignore the smiles and giggles coming from those around him. Shion grinned as she wrapped her arm around his shoulder and pulled him close. "Anytime little brother." She promised causing the giggles to increase. Izuku sighed before looking around. "So looks like Mr.Nogi isn't showing up tonight." He guessed causing Akiyama to hum. "It's to be expected, He did lose in the first round after being the one who suggested this tournament. I image he'll make an appearance  during the second round."

Before anything else could say anything more a familiar voice spread throughout the room. "Good evening everyone, I hope you're all enjoying yourselves." Turning everyone saw a projection of the chairman being podcast into the room. 'The chairman?' Yamashita questioned a thought shared with many of those watching. "The matches today were marvelous and I know it's a bit sudden but I'm introducing a new rule to the tournament." He revealed

Everyone instantly went on guard at this. What could the chairman be doing at a time like this and why? Could it be because he was eliminated in the first round and had nothing to lose. Growing tense they watched the projection wary of what the chairman would say.

"Well then, here it is. From the second round onward, you're allowed to substitute your fighter no more than once. You are also free to anyone, so long as you have their consent." The chairman declared throwing those watching into states of confusions. "The substitution can made up until the match begins, so think carefully and good luck to all those in the second rounds."

With that the projection was cut off leaving many in the room confused on to why exactly the rule came so suddenly. However there were many in the room that clearly understood the intent. The only stipulation for the substitute was that the fighter had to consent to fight for the new company.

Meaning that as long as the fighter agreed a company was free to steal away another competitors fighter out from under them. Already CEO's of the remaining companies were heading for the door along with their fighters while keeping an eye on the other guest who were already whispering towards one another and eyeing the fighters with a look of greed in their eyes.

"Let's go Mr.Yamashita." Izuku said softly as he made his way to the exit. "R-Right." He stammered, Akiyama have quickly explained the situation to him and the group was quick to exit the building.

Meanwhile in his private room Hayami Katsumasa was grinning as he took a drink. "Never did I think I would be thankful for that old fool Metsudo but it would seem he delivered the solution to the Midoriya problem right into my lap." He chuckled before brining out his cell phone. "Meguro you'll be returning to Japan at once." He ordered as he looked down at the information he had on Izuku Midroiya.

"I have an assignment for you."

Kaede awoke with a yawn the next morning in the fanciest room she had ever slept in. Just a few minutes after leaving the party she was contacted by Mr.Nogi and after confirming that Izuku was both with them and still the fighter for Yamashita Corporation informed them that the entire group would be moving into the boarding houses located on the island to avoid anyone from trying to steal Izuku away.
