The night was alive with pulsating music and the vibrant energy of the crowd as Izuku and his friends entered "Ocean Avenue." The neon lights cast an iridescent glow, illuminating the dance floor where bodies moved in sync to the rhythm. Excitement radiated through Izuku, a sense of familiarity and belonging washing over him.

Iida, Shoto, Uraraka, and Tsu gathered around a high table near the bar, their laughter blending with the melodic beats in the background. The group greeted each other with warm smiles and enthusiastic hugs, thrilled to be together for a night of fun.

Izuku ordered a round of drinks for the group, the clinking of glasses punctuating their cheerful conversation. The air was filled with anticipation as they settled into their lively corner, their voices rising above the music.

Shoto leaned back, a small smile playing on his lips. "So, guys, I wanted to share some news. I've started seeing someone recently."

Uraraka's eyes widened with curiosity. "Really? Tell us everything! How did you meet?"

Shoto's cheeks tinged with a soft blush as he recounted the serendipitous encounter. "We met through a mutual friend at a gallery opening. We just clicked, you know? It's still early, but it feels good."

Iida, ever the pragmatic, chimed in, adjusting his glasses. "That's wonderful, Shoto! I'm glad to see you exploring new connections. In other news, my research at the marine biology institute is progressing steadily. We recently discovered a new species of deep-sea fish."

Tsu leaned forward, her eyes shining with interest. "No way, Iida! That's amazing! You must be thrilled with the discovery. Any unique characteristics?"

Iida nodded enthusiastically, delving into the intricacies of the newfound species, their adaptations, and the potential impact on marine ecosystems. The group listened attentively, captivated by his passion and expertise.

Meanwhile, Uraraka couldn't contain her excitement as she animatedly shared the latest high school gossip. "Guys, you won't believe what's been happening at the school! Drama, drama, drama! I never thought being a teacher would involve so much excitement."

Izuku laughed, his eyes sparkling with mirth. "Oh, Uraraka, you were always destined for a life full of adventure. I'm sure the students are lucky to have you."

As the night progressed, the group reveled in the joy of their shared camaraderie, swaying to the music and exchanging anecdotes. They danced, their bodies moving in sync, liberated by the rhythm and the carefree atmosphere.

Amidst the laughter and spirited conversations, Izuku found solace in the presence of his friends.

Further into the night Shoto had an awfully fun idea. Back when Izuku lived in Tokyo and the group would come out to visit, he and Shoto would partake in what they called a "shot off" which involved the two taking shots and trying to take more than the other one. The vibrant atmosphere of the night club buzzed around Izuku and Shoto as they stood at the bar, preparing for their nostalgic "shot off" challenge. The bartenders lined up shot glasses, their contents glinting enticingly under the neon lights. The crowd around them grew curious, sensing the friendly competition about to unfold.

Izuku couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and nerves. He knew Shoto's reputation when it came to drinking—he was practically a heavyweight. Meanwhile, Izuku was more of a lightweight, often opting for a casual drink rather than indulging in excessive shots.

Shoto grinned mischievously, raising an eyebrow at Izuku. "Ready to relive some old memories, Midoriya? Let's see if you can keep up."

Izuku chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well, I'll certainly try. But don't expect me to match your pace, Todoroki. You've always been the king of shots."
