Smackdown April 21 2023
The members of the Judgment Day pull up to the venue where SmackDown is being tapped, Nessa in the backseat between Damian and Rhea, her head on Damian's shoulder glad they worked out their issues from the other day, having spent the previous day training and then lounging about Rhea's house just enjoying a peaceful day.
"Remember we have to go to Pearce's office for a quick meeting with him and Hunter about the plans leading up to Backlash." Finn reminds the group as he puts the car in park. The group besides Nessa groans hating going to these meetings because that means things changed.
"Come on, it can't be all that bad, let's get going. After the meeting, I have to go to makeup because I am out of my color-correcting kit and this needs to be covered before filming starts." Nessa gestures to her neck and chomps her teeth playfully at Damian who leans over and kisses at her neck again.
"We can add more if you want Mariposa." He offers the promise thick in his words and she knows they will, especially if she has her way later in the night. Nessa collects her thoughts and pushes against Damian to make him open the door which he does and he helps her out of the SUV. They wave to the fans as they make their way into the building, Finn and Damian carrying the girl's bags, Nessa holding hands with Rhea and Damian. They stop by their locker room saying hi to Asuka and Indi who is sharing with them for the night.
"Hi, thank you guys for coming in early to have a training session with me." Nessa thanks the two women who smile at her.
"No problem, we don't want you getting hurt out there, plus we want to see you actually wrestle at some point!" Indi responds with Asuka nodding along excitedly.
"You know you remind me of someone I can't place my finger on who..." Asuka points out, tapping her chin and cocking her head to the side.
The others in the room study Nessa and try to see what Asuka is talking about. "Well think about it while we are gone, we have a meeting with Adam that we are late, so lets goooo!" Finn herds the others out of the room flicking Nessa's nose when she sticks her tongue out at him

Once in Pearce's office, they all take seats. Rhea sits down in one of the chairs and pulls Dom onto her lap, Damian doing the same to Nessa, Finn leans against Damian's chair and crosses his arms. "Thank you for coming in early. I called you guys here to discuss a few changes happening in tonight's show. You will accompany each other to the ring as planned but we would like some PDA between you two," Adam explains, gesturing to Nessa and Damian. Nessa nods in agreement, not seeing any problem. "We don't care what but amp it up, the fans love you two."
"There is also going to be another brawl ringside and we would like to know if you would get involved Nessa? Since we have to ask your permission per your contract." He adds on after seeing their reactions to the first part, the tone in his voice making Nessa feel uneasy.
"Yes with one caveat, I get a tool from under the ring when the fighting starts. I don't know a lot of moves and it would make sense seeing as we are the "bad" guys. How do you want it to go? I know the match is up in the air this time but what about the ringside fighting?" Nessa asks the important questions with all eyes in the room on her.
"I can't sanction any extra tools this time but..."Adam goes to answer but Nessa cuts him off,
"But nothing Scrap Daddy, you want me to get physically involved that is the only way I will at this time. I'll be careful and take care of the others. I was thinking of using a chair or a kendo stick on someone to defend Dom and then I can go fists with Zelina or something with Mami running interference with me." Nessa throws out there daring the man to argue. Danika warned her about him. He sits back in his chair maintaining eye contact with Nessa, the other members of the Judgement Day look back and forth between them waiting to see how it turns out.
