Chapter 8: Dreaming of You

Rhea quietly leaves the hotel room and enters the hall shaking her head at the ridiculousness she just heard. She steps across the hallway and uses the spare keycard and opens the door. She enters the room to see Damien lounging on the couch, Finn's legs draped across his lap and Dominik sitting on the edge of one of the beds staring at the floor.

"Dom Dom you idiot!" Rhea groans as she closes the door. Dominik looks up at her his eyes wide, the others eyeing him as well. "She still forgives you, she just needs to process that conversation." Rhea explains as she sits on the bed opposite Dom and rests her elbows on her knees, leaning forward and clasping her hands together.

"What did you tell her, Dom?" Finn asks and the three of them look at Dom expectantly. Rhea gestures for him to go ahead and explain and he does. Once he finishes everyone starts talking over each other.

"Jesus Dom, can you form coherent thoughts around her?" Rhea sarcastically asks.

Damien's voice however overshadows everyone, "That's worse than the explanation you gave us at Wrestlemania."

Dominik groans and flops onto his back on the bed. "I know, and it is my biggest regret."

"Wait and she understood that incoherent string of thoughts? And still forgives him and wants to move forward?" Finn asks and Rhea nods affirmatively.

Finn whistles impressed, "Dom, love, you are incredibly lucky. She is gracious enough to forgive and to consider all this." He gestures around them and continues, "Do try not to fuck up the progress you have somehow made with her for all our sakes..."

Rhea stretches before lounging back on her elbows on the bed and asks, "Luis what happened last night?"

"Well aside from Dom not opening doors for her," Damien glares at Dominik who holds his hands up in surrender. "She is very receptive to the thought of the dynamic and said she is willing for all of it, even being romantic with Dom again. She still loves you" He explains further and Dom sighs in relief.

"What else did she say?" Dom asks, encouraged by the last statement.

"She asked sexual questions and answered some in return. I think there is a strong chance she will join us after she gets to know us more. I made it clear she is to communicate if we make her uncomfortable, and that there will be a boundary discussion in the future. Oh, and she almost asked if you all would be ok if me and her fucked, asking about one on one time." This makes Dominik sit straight up and makes Finn and Rhea laugh.

"Wait, you said she almost asked?" Dominik asks for clarification.

"She was about to say 'me' but instead said 'Mami' like I wouldn't notice," Damien laughs.

"And how did you answer?" Finn prompts.

"The truth, it doesn't matter so long as we don't exclude each other all the time, we are all equals in an equal relationship." Damien explains to a chorus of "good".

"We are going to have to make sure she takes care of herself won't we?" Rhea asks, having a good idea of the answer.

"Yeah she focuses more on helping others than herself." Dom explains and the others nod along understanding.

"Dom, we need to talk about why she blames herself for you breaking up with her." Damien's announcement makes Dominik's head jerk in his direction.

"She What!" He yells only to be shushed by his partners.

"She feels like it is in part because she was unable to provide you with a lot of sex, because of the pandemic and her job as well as after you were rarely able to see eachother but once or twice a week." He explains maintaining eye contact with Dom who groans and is filled with even more guilt. The rest of them look at him sympathetically.
