Ira paused, choosing her words carefully. "Tara, she is more than she appears to be. There is a darkness within her, a connection to a force known as Mavro. It can be described as dark magic, a malevolent energy that yearns to consume and control. This power, this Mavro, is after all of you, me and everything that is in this universe even Earth and Slyrio."
She gazed at Avi and spoke with a sense of mystery, "The four of you are truly unique. You may not realize it yet, but within you lies the potential to either shape the destiny of the universe or unravel it. I'll share more details with you in due time."
With a contemplative tone, Ira added, "As for me, my fate is intricately woven with yours. I possess a similar set of extraordinary powers."
Ira's expression softened, a glimmer of reassurance in her eyes. "I understand that it's a lot to take in, but trust me when I say that we will unravel the mysteries and face the imminent danger together, we will win." He nods at her.
Avi looked at Ira with curiosity, his eyes filled with anticipation. "Well, you said we are escaping by midnight. Do you have a plan?"
Ira chuckled softly, her amusement evident, she remarked," I can just take us directly there but magic and spells rely on our energy, and simply disappearing can be dangerous and my body is little weak now. It might cause you harm, especially since you haven't done it before. You might find it quite unsettling and it will momentarily weaken you."
Teasingly, she continued, "So, we'll have to do it the old-fashioned way. We could either flow through air, or you can sit on my back in my other form, my mythical form, the nine tailed fox."
Terrified by the idea of sitting on her in any form, Avi replied, "Nope, let's flow! But I have no idea how to."
Ira nodded in agreement and was amused by his reactions.
Then she said,"True,I could provide you with some gadgets to assist, but that can be traced, so, I have something even better in mind."
Rising from her seat, Ira extended her hands, and a vibrant purple fire emerged from her palms.
Avi watched in awe as she spoke, her voice filled with assurance. "Trust me, and keep your hands in mine."
Overcoming his initial hesitation, Avi stood up and placed his hand in hers, half-expecting to feel the searing heat of the flames.
To his astonishment, his hands didn't burn. He glanced at Ira, who encouraged him, "Now close your eyes and imagine you have wings."
With a sense of wonder, Avi closed his eyes, allowing his imagination to take flight. He could feel something shifting within him, a transformation unfolding.
Ira's voice rang out once more, "Open your eyes."
As Avi obeyed, he gasped in astonishment. Before him stood Ira, her back adorned with wings crafted from a magnificent blend of purple and fiery hues-a manifestation of pure magic.
"Look in the mirror," Ira urged him gently.
Turning his gaze towards the mirror, Avi caught sight of his reflection. He couldn't believe his eyes-there, on his own back, were the same mesmerizing wings he had just witnessed on Ira.
Overwhelmed, he stammered, "How? What...?"
Ira's soothing voice brought him back to reality. "Don't worry. Those are the wings of the fire. They will help us reach our destination. Now, close your eyes once again and imagine the wings are gone."
Avi followed her instructions, and upon opening his eyes, the wings had vanished from both Ira and himself. For some reason, Avi found those wings natural to him. Maybe, he had gotten so many shocks in the past few days that, nothing feels unnatural to him now.
