Ira awoke, greeted by Avi's smile, which already lit up the room. She returned the smile and nestled closer to him, contemplating the idea of returning to her peaceful slumber. She mumbled something about a delightful dream and shut her eyes once more.
However, Avi sensed her desire to continue sleeping and playfully shook her while saying, "Wake up. We have some work to do."
Coming to her senses, Ira reluctantly opened her eyes and sat up. Avi suggested, "I'll freshen up first. Then we can discuss the next step."
Ira nodded, still feeling a bit drowsy. Avi headed to the bathroom, leaving her alone. She glanced at her Voxlet, contemplating checking on her friends.
With a few button presses, she connected with Vani, who greeted her playfully as "Grandma."
Irritated by the playful nickname, Ira retorted, "Didn't those stupidos explain to you? I am not your grandma!!"
Vani reassured her, "Chill. Just teasing you. I know you aren't, but in some way you are. It's just fun to tease you." Her laughter echoed through the Voxlet.
Despite herself, Ira couldn't help but smile. "You guys must be the first prisoners in the entire universe to be this happy even inside a Jail," she remarked.
Vani replied with amusement, "Well, spells, magics, and potions can really make things enjoyable...."
Ira interrupted her, "Okay, okay, I get it. You guys are having fun while I'm stuck here working off my tail to get you all out."
From behind, Arsh's voice chimed in, "Sucks to be you." Laughter erupted among Ira's friends, and she felt a sense of relief that they were okay.
Ira teasingly remarked, "Alright, if you guys are having THAT much fun, I'll just gracefully leave you and let you be there for as long as you want!"
Advait chimed in with his witty voice, "Hey, hey, hold on! Even if you call it a luxurious, shiny, fancy-shamcy prison—it's still a prison, you know? Like, a fancy one with golden bars and luxuries, but a prison nonetheless!"
Everyone laughed again, and the atmosphere lightened.
When the laughter subsided a bit, Ira spoke more seriously, "I'm glad you guys are doing fine, but please give Eir his Voxlet back. I need to ask him something."
Vani agreed and passed the Voxlet to Eir. He playfully said, "I never knew my spells could be this entertaining. By the way, it's more fun than yours."
Arin added in a playful tone, "Finally, they are coming to use."
Raya intervened, "Quiet down, guys. Let Ira speak."
Ira said in a serious tone, "I have already activated the command for droids yesterday, and they will do their work now. Me and Avi are going to enter Mystara tonight."
Arin inquired, "That's good. But about coming to Mystara. It recognizes you, but Avi?"
Ira said confidently, "That's not an issue. I'll first locate your parents, then find a way to get them to safety, and then it's time for the show."
Aesha expressed her confidence, "We know you can do it. All the best."
And with that, the connection was cut. Ira glanced out of the window, greeted by a clear sky and the warm sun. Beautiful, vibrant birds filled the sky with their chirping. It was a fresh morning for a fresh start. The execution day was just two days away, so she had to get to work.
She went to check on Avi and found him in the kitchen, preparing breakfast. She smiled at the sight.
Avi looked up and said with a grin, "I thought to make something for us, and coincidentally, we had just the right ingredients here."
