"I'm so glad you could make it tonight." Hanuel says, as she allowed me to step inside the house. My senses were heightened, I had never been to a party before. I followed Hanuel through the home, watching everyone along the way. People hugged up on walls kissing, dancing, drinking, games, and oh don't get me started on the freaking sex noises I could hear from many rooms. I kept a low profile, keeping my head low and not speaking to anyone making eye contact with me.
I didn't want to come tonight, after the Festival last night I just wanted to sit in my room and analyze everything. But I didn't need to do that, I needed to explore my new life and just forget about the chaos for now. So I gave Hanuel the heads up, I curled my hair and put on my black fitted mid dress. And I looked like the bomb dot com.
"Everyone this is Miona." Hanuel says, as we entered an upstairs den area, where a group of people sat and talked amongst each other.
"She's cute." A guy mutters.
"Hey." I say, waving my hand awkwardly.
"Hey." A guy says, standing up and approaching us.
"You're beautiful." He says, lifting my chin up and looking into my eyes. I smile softly, before backing up and he chuckles.
"Ignore him, this is Hayden... my brother." Hanuel says, and Hayden chuckles.
"She just moved to town." Hanuel says.
"You don't seem like the city girl type." A girl speaks, and I shake my head.
"I used to live more freely..?" I say.
"And where are you from exactly?" The girl says, and of course I didn't think this far. How could I have not thought about my fake past life story?
"Uh...I-.."
"Whatever who cares let's bond another day! Let's drink!" A guy says.
"Excuse Jackson he's a bit much." Hanuel whispers, and I smile before taking a cup.
"And what is this exactly?" I ask.
"Cognac." Jackson answers. I gulp down the drink, and I immediately hated the burning feeling I felt afterwards.
"Geez, you're strong." Jackson chuckles.
"Someone's going to get drunk really fast tonight." The girl says.
"I've never had alcohol before." I say, and everyone's eyes widen.
"What were you a goody two shoes?" The girl jokes.
"Enough Binna." Hanuel says, and I roll my eyes. This girl reminds me of Yumi, oh how great they would get along. Hanuel starts drinking some more, and began to let loose. She took her hair out her ponytail and began dancing with Binna and Jackson.
I decided to sip some more on my drink the 'right way' leaning against the wall observing everyone. I couldn't help, but get lost in my thoughts. It had only been a couple of days, and I'm already worried about my old life. How's Miguel? Did Jungkook finally mate Yumi? Is Taehyung falling in love with his true mate?
"You're quiet." Hayden says, and I look at my empty cup and then at him.
"So are you, why aren't you dancing?" I ask.
"It's not my forte." Hayden tells me, lighting a blunt.
"How did my annoying sister find you?" Hayden asks.
"The Market." I simply say.
"Enough talking let's dance." Hanuel says, grabbing my hands and pulling me towards her. Jackson pours me another drink, as I joined them in the center of the room.
