Chapter - 17

The canteen was crowded as usual. Some were entering, some were exiting, some talking to their friends while eating and some were just eating alone like loners.

Amidst all these people, there were two boys, sitting at a table. One had his hand on his chin, eyes closed, thinking hard and the other one was watching him.

"Tae, it's been 5 minutes"

"Shh..keep it quiet, let me think" Still kept his eyes closed.

"How long are you gonna think? Stop thinking already and tell me what can I do. Jungkook won't pick up my calls or reply" Jimin expressed his frustration.

"If I don't think then how am I gonna give you any advice" Tae glared at him.

"Ugh, fine..." Jimin laid his head on the table.

After the morning incident, Jimin tried a lot to contact Jungkook but Jungkook shut him up completely. He doesn't know how to make Jungkook forgive him.

"But Min, isn't it weird?"

"What?"

"Why is he upset? Even if you were practicing with Moon, there's no reason for him to get upset over it, unless he was jealous"

"What are you talking about, Tae? Of course, he is upset. We were supposed to be practicing together but I cheated on him" Jimin sighed heavily.

The whole thing was upsetting him too. He just wanna talk to Jungkook and apologize.

"Woah! Did you just say you cheated on him?? Holly shit! You like him" Tae wiggled his eyebrows mischievously.

"You're off track and delusional"

"Okay, okay....if he's not picking up your calls or replying to any of your texts then I guess you should give him some space"

"What if......what if he never talks to me again?" Why was Jimin panicking so much?

"Isn't that good Min?" Jimin looked at him, completely confused.

"You can go back to living your life as you were. No more Suho, no more Jungkook"

Tae was right. He doesn't have to worry about anyone or anything. He can go to parties, meet girls, and ask Moon on a date. He can do whatever he wants.

But somehow it didn't settle well with him. It felt wrong.

"I don't know......" He mumbled.

"It's okay. Just don't think too much. Now I'm getting late for my classes so bye" Tae said and got up to leave.

"Tae?" The hummed.

"You're not mad at me anymore, right?"

Tae looked confused.

"You were mad at me yesterday and I'm sorry for not doing anything" Tae smiled at him.

"It's okay Min. You're my bestie and I love you a lot"

"I love you too" They both hugged before parting ways.

Half of the day passed but Jimin couldn't concentrate in any of his classes. The whole Jungkook thing kept bothering him nonstop.

Moon texted him but he didn't respond. After that incident, he left without saying anything to Moon.

He decides to skip the rest of the day. No more classes for the day. He is just gonna go to the dorm and rest and try to clear his mind. That's the plan.
