Chapter - 16

Jimin's POV :

I was staring at my phone. What did he mean by practice?

We had practice together for anything?

What am I missing?

Then it clicked to me, we had to shoot that video but we didn't. But 7 o'clock? That's too early.

I'm still not over the fact that he took and posted my photo on Instagram without my permission. But I guess, I still have to go.

But before that, I need to finish this assignment, so I start focusing on them.

Another half an hour and I'm done. I slept the whole day but I'm still very sleepy. I hope tomorrow there won't be any drama.

6.30 am...

I'm all ready even though I have more than half an hour. I decide to leave early and walk slowly.

As soon as I'm outside, I notice the clear atmosphere. The sky is soft blue and there are some white clouds decorated. It's beautiful and quite calming. Maybe today is a good day.

I reach our club at 6.45 am. It's empty. I looked around for a while and then decided to go to the recording room where we would shoot our video.

The door of the room is ajar so there must be someone. I knock before entering. I don't know myself why I did that.

But anyway, as soon as I enter, I see Moon sitting on a chair with a guitar in her hand. I didn't expect her. I thought Jungkook came earlier too.

"Umm... Hey!"

"Hey! What are you doing here so early?"

"I can ask the same"

"Yeah, right. I came for practice and I can see you're practicing too all by yourself"

"Yeah, you know, I'm not very good and we were told to shoot a video. So I thought about practicing before others arrive"

"You're very serious, I see. But where is your partner?" I ask her as I take a seat beside her.

"I don't have one" She answers, looking down.

I can't believe someone like her doesn't have a partner.

"Then how are you gonna do this alone?"

"I don't know" She looks so hurt, it breaks my heart.

"Do you have a partner?"

What do I do now? She will be disheartened if I tell her that I have a partner. But I can't lie. What about Jungkook?

"Jimin!?"

"Jimin!?"

"Jimin, you there?" I snap back into our conversation after hearing her calls.

"Ah! Yeah, I'm here"

"So, do you have a partner?"

Why do I care about Jungkook? He's not my real boyfriend and I'm sure he got enough girls.

"No, I don't have.."

"Do you mind if we do this together?"

"Yes. I mean no, I don't mind. We should do this together"

"The camera is set perfectly. So we're done here. Let's do this now" She seems pretty excited about this. To be honest, I'm excited too.

We sit on chairs, side by side. We both have guitars on our lap. This is the most romantic date ever. This has to be. She and I, we click so well.

"Hi! This is Jimin and this is-"

"This is Moon" I looked at her when she said those words. I don't know why I was expecting her to say something funny like Jungkook.

This is crazy. I need to remove him from my head.

"Today we're going to sing ~Dandelions~ this is my favorite song"

She happily chirps. We already divided the song, which part she will sing and which part I will sing. We didn't rehearse properly but that's not very important.

She definitely can't play guitar well but she sings very well. Jungkook can also sing very well. His voice is so good.

Gosh, stop thinking about him already.

I was singing my part when the door suddenly burst open. I and Moon looked in that direction.

To my dismay, it was Jungkook. I saw a glimpse of excitement in his eyes and then it was gone.

"I'm sorry," He said and closed the door.

To be honest, I didn't know what to do. The only thing I knew was, I didn't want Jungkook to walk away.

So I got up and ran behind him. But the moment I opened the door, he was gone. I still went after but he was nowhere to be seen.
