Once the female human fox was done making a nest for her and the baby once it was done the female fox makes sure that the baby has milk for the baby. Once she lays down and lets the baby drinks from her nipple. Once the baby was done drinks it's milk form the female human.
So kurama pats the baby boy on the back to help him burps once she was the baby was still crying but stops after kurama place her fingers near the baby. Your my Kitsun said kurama.
