That was a sad backstory of garaa so sad but the good thing is that Shukaku is very protective of his son. And yes Shukaku is the mother and father figure towards Garaa. Garaa and Shukaku both gets some nightmares sometimes &same as Naruto but once kurama and Naruto decided to live with garaa and Shukaku. Sometimes Naruto will get nightmares also since his mother kurama will always sometimes whispers to Naruto and Naruto went to sleep knowing that is mother would always be there for him. And yes Naruto doesn't have any siblings.
