As they got mobbed, eventually a group of people in black suit jumped in and covered them out of the crowd

Sunoo felt his hairs and shirts all stained with eggs yolks and red tomatoes juices
Both of them finally got inside the hospital and the guards locked the entries
"Sunoo sunoo! are you okay!!?" Sunghoon gently cupped sunoo's face
"Did you get hurt!? You fainted!!" said Sunghoon in really a worry tone

sunoo was low-key surprised by how much Sunghoon's eyes were full of worries for him.
But the next thing shook his heart
" Sunghoon.... "Sunoo mumbled
" Sh: himm what? Do you feel any pain !? "
