Ch11: Fallout

(Y/N POV - Ashford Academy - An hour and a half later)

"So this is what you two meant, committing regicide. I mean the bastard deserved it, but how the hell you managed to pull it off?" Kallen said as I sighed, leaning against the balcony.

It had been quite a bit since things had settled down at Ashford, the school closing all remaining classes for the day after the announcement of Clovis's death.

Nunnally was taking the news of that and Suzaku being charged with our crimes quite badly. She knows that he couldn't have been the one to have killed Clovis, but hearing one of her nicer half brothers had been murdered and a good friend being put to death hasn't done anything good for her health.

Lelouch and Sayoko was with her right now, I would be there to help comfort her some more. But I did promise Kallen to answer things for her latter.

With this part of the campus being scarce with students heading back to their dorms in droves, there is a minimal risk of being caught...after making sure to double check of course.

Had been feeling like someone had been trying to keep an eye on me while walking to this location.

Managed to shake them off in the hallways, just had to check again making it back to the clubhouse if they're actually trying to tail me.

Aside from that I'm unsure if Kallen has informed the Kōzuki Resistence Cell or not, but she had enough time. Still both in Japan and the whole Britannian Empire had been turned on its heads.

First time one of my brother's had been killed in a few years and Clovis was a Viceroy, technically the first prince to be murdered on Britannian territory since Lelouch 'died'.

Going to take weeks or months before they could get things back to normal, like we were going to give them a chance to.

"After we buried the Lancelot K-1 and I infiltrated the G-1 by pilfering two uniforms. Dealing with a few to cover our tracks." I said honestly, needed to Geass a few. "The bridge was mainly empty when we got there, while Clovis was still willing to wipe the board clean as possible while accepting his defeat."

"Would expect nothing less from the prat." Kallen grumbled out.

"Indeed, after making sure the bridge was clear we held Clovis at gunpoint to create the ceasefire." I sighed out.

"Then you and K-1 killed him." Kallen said.

"K-1 was the one to kill him, I just helped to get some information we were looking for. We'll fill you in on what he did in the meeting tomorrow, but let's just say you all stumbled into something more than just Clovis manufacturing poison gas." I sighed out, getting Kallen to looked even more enraged than before.

"What did the damned prince do?" She asked heatedly.

Honestly if Clovis was alive an infront of her, he would have been ashes.

I was sweating a little and I knew the target of her wrath was there.

"Not as bad as what Hannes gua Britannia had done if you were thinking, yet still pretty much disown worthy as much as the poison gas." I said, my tone laced with hate before I regained my composure. "Best to get it out without repeating it to others and risk leaking it out."

"Especially with Tamaki, I think I can get behind it." Kallen said with a nod before smirking. "And it sounds like you despise some of the Imperial Family as much as I do."

"Some of them, and you have no idea." I sighed out.

Hannes died some time after I got back to Japan and into Ashford, but was active on the E.U. wavefront while I was a refugee with Shiori.
