𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐒𝐇𝐔 ๑ xiao [✓]

第二十章

"Man, amusement parks with you all are amazing!" You shouted as you, Albedo, Xingqiu, and Chongyun were beside each other on a not yet moving Vikings ride. "Please, this is the first time we all went out at night and went to an amusement park!" Chongyun exclaimed with excitement, after all, it was he who suggested going to a night fair city in Liyue Harbor. 

Although he let you have a rest over, he still can't keep himself away from you. Xiao sat at the very corner of the opposite seat of the Vikings ride in front of you. Since you guys were seating in the far left corner, Xiao decided to sit by the front corner of the right side. With his black hoodie on and a pair of sunglasses, you cannot recognize him at all. You have no idea that your boss is still watching you.

The ride started with all of you shouting you clung to Albedo which the man smiled at. Xiao gripped the handles in front of him. He isn't even scared of the ride, heck, nothing scares him, he's like one of the most powerful beings.  Then what made him grip? It was the way Albedo smiles at you, and the way you clung to your best friend. He's not jealous.

Rides after rides, you were dizzy with the fact that Xingqiu pulled you to the revolving tea cups, and he played with them until your teacup turned at a fast pace. You stood up before telling them you want to go to the bathroom. Albedo was away since he bought you guys food. 

Your vision was hazy and you feel dizzy. You almost felt as if your falling until familiar arms caught you. You looked at the figure and it was Xiao. Suddenly, you weren't dizzy anymore but he was gone. "Dang, is he Gojo? Always disappearing."

As you don't feel like puking and dizzy anymore, you went back to your friends. Albedo puts down several foods. You eyes widened at the delicious sight. 'Berry Mizu Manjuu, Chicken-Mushroom Skewer, Crispy Potato Shrimp Platter, Jueyun Guoba. So many yet so yummy' 

"I'M STARVING!" Xingqiu said before grabbing a stick of the Chicken- Mushroom Skewer. You followed and for some reason, you remembered a certain blue flirtatious bitch in Mondstadt. Every one of you enjoyed your meal before coming home at 9 pm.

You giggled as you cuddled on Albedo. "I can finally sleep at a proper time." You mumbled as you came closer to the man. Albedo chuckled before patting your head. Better sleep now, because we'll be going to Watatsumi Island first things first tomorrow."

"I love my rich friends." You mumbled before slowly falling asleep in Albedo's arms. Albedo pats your head before sleeping as well. Xiao suddenly appeared in your bedroom and was surprised as he saw you and Albedo's sleeping figure. He groaned glaring at both of you. His anger can be felt by objects around him as a certain pencil lying by the bed stand broke in half. 

"WATATSUMI ISLAND!" You lightly shouted as you came out of the island's airport. You looked at the mesmerizing purple place before you. A certain pink-haired woman came to you and your friends. "Hello, Zhenyu, Calx." She greeted Xingqiu and Albedo calmly. The two bowed in response before introducing you, Chongyun, and did I forget to mention that they brought Hu Tao with them as 'extra baggage' according to Xingqiu?

You guys were to stay at the most beautiful shrines in Watatsumi. The Sangonomiya Shrine. With Kokomi's permission, you were all allowed to go around the whole island itself. You guys even went island hopping to the Asase shrine where you met cats. Loads of cats. You were so onto them as all of them had to pull you away from one ginger cat before you take the whole cat home.

With Gorou's help, you guys made it to Yae Library, a connection to the Yae Publishing House. Though the poor man was bullied by the sexy woman with pink hair known as Yae Miko, he still forced himself to come with all of you. Everyone was quiet and onto their own thoughts, Albedo was busy reading some science shits books, Xinqui laughing about his own book, Chongyun and Hu Tao playing I-spy book, and Gorou reading the Teyvat World of Records book.

You stood up going to the 'Legends' section of the library. You stopped by the books wherein it was all about legends of demons. Now this caught your attention, you scanned all the books remembering the names of books that interest you. 'Muzan Kibutsuji: The King of Demons and Sin, Gyutaro and Daki: The Legend of Envy and Lust.'

It was all written by the same author named Kagaya Ubuyashiki and co-authored by two others Kuina Ubuyashiki and Kamado Tanjiro. Now this interests you as they have another set of books. On a separate shelf were 9 books labeled 'The Hashiras' Legends'. Two books caught your eye, it was entitled, "Iguro Obanai: The Controller of Snakes". The other one was, "The Heart of Love: Kanroji Mitsuri."

As you were thrilled by both books, you decided to take one of them. All of them were old so you were really careful about taking the books from the shelf. You decided to take the pink one, which is The Heart of Love: Kanroji Mitsuri. You suddenly felt a heavy presence of spirit around you.

It was sudden, as the chilly, and heavy presence is so near you. You slowly looked up and saw, it was the female ghost from room 404. However by this time, she didn't look so dangerous at all, rather she still looks so pale and yet she looks sweeter. Her once messy long hair was slightly fixed with three braids. As it was dark when you saw her spirit before, you thought her hair was black, but heck, you were wrong. It is a different color pink and green.

She wasn't talking but she was smiling pointing at the book on your hands. You looked at the book wondering what she wants and opened to the middle of the book. It was a letter, it was so flat now since it's been centuries since this book was ever published. She pointed at the letter which means that she wants you to take it.

You opened the letter and it says,

"Green striped socks given by Iguro Obanai."

You looked up to look at her but she vanished. Then you read it again and you realized that the name was familiar. You looked at the other book, Iguro Obanai: The Controller of Snakes. You took it off the shelf. You connected the dots as you try to conclude that these two may be lovers.

The reason that the soul of the woman was still at the Hotel Wangshu was because she wishes to fulfill something and that involves this person, Iguro Obanai. As much as you wanted to stay away from work, you still want to at least help Mitsuri fulfill her wish, and maybe Iguro too, so their souls can finally rest in peace.

You grabbed both books before asking Yae Miko if you can borrow the books and bring them to Liyue, and will just have to return them if Calx and Zhang decide to deliver their books there. The woman agreed, and all of you enjoyed your time to Inazuma before riding back to Liyue by plane.

"It seems like the centuries-long legend will finally rest in peace huh?" Yae Miko said into her Purple head friend. "Barbatos really knows what he's doing when he took that woman." The Shogun said before looking at the grinning bard beside her.

"Ehe~ I am the greatest God after all."
