Chapter 8

(I am so sorry for not writing for a while, I got really busy and was having trouble finding time. I will try to write whenever I can.)

     You and Rei got done training at midnight. It was the last battle of the night and you had won. You and Rei said your goodbyes and you started walking home, you were wondering if Adaman would still be home or if he would be working. As you walked through the front door you were immediately tackled into a hug by Adaman. He kissed you passionately and held you close, he looked into your eyes lovingly before speaking. "I missed you so much my little dove.~" "I missed you too, my dear."

     You were exhausted, after you and Adaman had gotten dressed for bed. He laid next to you and cuddled you. You nuzzeled your head into his chest, finding comfort in being with him. He played with you hair and held you close, almost like he was afraid to let go. Adaman whispered sweet sayings and words to you as you drifted off to sleep.

    Adaman smiled at your sleeping form, you looked so peaceful while you slept. It made his heart skip a beat when you nuzzeled into his chest and got closer to him. He loved having you in his arms, he wanted this to last forever, and he wanted to share his love with you. He gently kissed your forehead as you slept. He saw you lightly smile in your sleep, and he felt his heart melt for you all over again. He looked up at the ceiling, he wondered what he did to deserve an angel like you in his life.

     When he looked at you he saw perfection, it didn't matter how others saw you or how you saw yourself. He loved you for who you are, not for how others saw you. If he ever heard you talking about yourself in an ill manner, he would make you see that you are perfect the way you are. He loved you and your imperfections, because those are what make you perfect. He sees you as an angel sent from Arceus himself.
