I woke up on my bed and looked around until I realized, I never went back to my room? I remember falling asleep on the cold hard ground in their basement. To think they'd actually come back and get me surprised me, well I assume it was atleast one of them

I rolled out of bed to go get ready for the day but when I saw myself in the mirror I gasped. Gabriel's hand mark was still on my cheek, who knew he hit me that hard??

I rubbed my cheek sad at the fact he acted that way towards me. I mean I didn't expect him to treat me like a goddess and get on his hands and knees to do what I say but I was hoping for a nicer husband

"Uh hey! Breakfast is ready" I heard a younger girl say from my door snapping me out of my thoughts

I looked back and saw a girl, she wasn't too young but she didn't look too old either. Like about 13 or 14 maybe, she had jet black hair like Gabriel and the same greenish blueish eyes as Rowan. She has small features from the both of them so that makes me assume that she is their younger sister

"Oh okay i'll be down in a few" I said smiling at the girl "Okay! Well i'm Charlie, i'm Gabriel and Rowan's sister. I'm just the cuter sibling!" She exclaimed walking more towards me

"Ohh I figured, you look like them" I said as I examined her again. "Hey I know you don't really know me and stuff but if you ever wanna talk to me my rooms one hall down 4th door to your left. I know how lonely it gets here" She said before leaving my room

I smiled and finished getting ready to go down for breakfast.

Once I arrived down the stairs Rowan looked at me with a sense of regret in his eyes. I continued walking towards the table and picked a random seat from the many open seats left

"Hi dear, glad you made it down for breakfast. Sorry we haven't had a chance to introduce you to everyone" A woman said as I examined everyone at the table "Oh it's okay" I basically almost whispered

"Well I am Jade, I'm the mother and basically the boss of this house" She said whispering the last half and chuckling at me, I let out a small laugh with her then looked up at Gabriel rolling his eyes at me. Rude much.

"I'm sure you've already met her but that's Charlie our youngest, and Rowan the middle if you haven't already noticed then your fiancé whom you obviously already know Gabriel" She explained to me while pointing to each kid, I nodded in response

She seems so sweet how did she end up here? In a mafia? And poor Charlie she shouldn't have to be stuck in a mafia, growing up as a girl and especially the youngest in the mafia sucks because you'll be thrown aside while everyone focuses on the guys. Or they will have an alliance to marry someone who will be unfaithful and rude to you, while you have to stay loyal and have to obey everything they say

"Something wrong honey?" Jade questioned me probably noticing that I dozed off, "Oh yes i'm fine" I smiled at her and started eating with everyone else

After we all finished eating, their father Hayden left the table immediately and went up to his office causing Jade to roll her eyes at her husband

"Ro we need to go back to the base and question more people" Gabriel shouted out to Rowan who was across the table from him. Rowan sighed and got up and walked over to his mom to give her a goodbye kiss on the cheek and giving a head pat to Charlie. "Bye ma, Bye char" Gabriel waved to them as him and Rowan walked out the house

"Welp it's just us girls left, thankfully" Charlie blurted out trying to make things less awkward "Yup those boys can be a handful sometimes" Jade smiled to me "You mean alllll the time?" Charlie said making her self chuckle

"Hey Charlie?" Do you mind if I came with you to your room?" I questioned "Of course not!" She said happily popping out of her seat walking over to the stairs making me follow along

Once we made it to her room we walked inside and I admired her room. It was pink and black themed, which is such a beautiful color combination if done so correctly. She also had an archery section in her room with black bows and pink arrows which I guess are her favorite weapons, bow and arrows is my 2nd favorite but knife throwing was by far my favorite

Guns were also my favorite but my father never really let me learn how to use guns that much due to the fact that i'm a girl and i'm not capable of learning how to shoot correctly and aim correctly and just nonsense so he made me learn knife throwing and bow and arrows because it was more "girly"

"Omg i'm in-love with your room" I said in awe "Thank you! I spend allll my time in my room so it has to be exactly how I want it" She sighed "I get it" I shook my head knowing me and her go through the exact same thing

"Yeah it's tuff, Ro and Gabe aren't even in the house like they used to be." Charlie sighed "Aw I understand I also have 2 older brothers and the exact same thing started happening to me" I said sitting on a nearby couch "I wish I had a sister, but now I think I have one" She said smiling at me

"Of course, you'll always have me now" I awed at the fact she thinks of me as a sister already. "You know I actually do have an older sister, her names Ivory." I added "Really? That must be nice" Charlie sighed "Ehh she's 25 so she was never at the house" I told her

"Oh..well at least now we will be stuck together at the house!" She exclaimed happily "Yupppp" I smiled
