Chapter 19

Zhao Yunlan feels the existence of his friends at the mountain hill. He looks at Shen Wei that now is healing in the lake that he made a barrier with his power. He didn't want anyone to disturb Shen Wei's healing now. But he didn't want to make his friends are worrying on them too after that fight with Zhu and Yaqing. Also to not make his friends to be in danger at the mountain hill without any protection from his dragon barrier.

"Xiao Wei, are you sleeping now?" Zhao Yunlan called to wake up Shen Wei from the healing.

"Not really. Just leaning on you for the rest. Why, Yunlan?" Shen Wei weakly asked.

"Can I leave you for awhile?" Zhao Yunlan asked back.

"Where are you going? Aren't you healing now together with me?" Shen Wei worryingly asked as she knows she almost caused the heart protection scale of Zhao Yunlan to be damaged for the slash from Zhu's sword on her chest.

"I feel better now. I think my heart protection scale is healed too. And your wound too. Just you need a little more rest in here to heal your body too from the shock. I know you are still shock to face that danger from that witch. You must be not expected that she may slash you with her sword since you know she wanted to get me, not you. But back then she hurt you instead of me maybe because of she wanted to protect my horns when you tried to get it on behalf of me. But now to see me too worried over you, I think she may think you are too precious to me," Zhao Yunlan said as he assured about his healing body now especially that heart protection scale within Shen Wei.

"Alright. But where are you going now to leave me alone at here? And am I safe in this lake if you left me at here alone?" Shen Wei curiously asked.

Zhao Yunlan smiles sweetly and he lands a soft kiss on the lips of Shen Wei.

"You will be fine in this lake as long as you are not coming out from this lake. My dragon barrier will protect you in here. I will go out just for a few minutes to fetch our friends at the mountain hill now. They are worried on our safety now without thinking of their safety in this mountain after my fight with that witch. I am afraid they will face her soon at down there," Zhao Yunlan told.

"Oh?! They are here now?" Shen Wei excitedly asked.

Zhao Yunlan nods.

"Then, go now, Yunlan. Fetch them to here. I don't want to worry them for our safety when we left them without any word," Shen Wei said.

Zhao Yunlan laughs to see the worry face of Shen Wei now. He lands another kiss before he gets out from that lake to get their friends at there. Shen Wei leans her head on the small rock in the lake. That small rock is enough to be a pillow for her to rest, replacing Zhao Yunlan's chest now. She closes her eyes to feel the healing from this lake water that Zhao Yunlan transferred the healing energy through the water. Of course that healing water is more powerful than the one that they drank before. Maybe because this time Zhao Yunlan injected with his dragon's healing energy through his horns.

Zhao Yunlan is so cute with those horns are on his head now. Sometimes he let his horns to be revealed to Shen Wei in that lake and sometimes he hid it. And Shen Wei can't see Zhao Yunlan's dragon form clearly yet when at the time Zhao Yunlan brought her to this lake to save her, she almost lost her consciousness. She had a blurry eyes at that time. She knows Zhao Yunlan brought her in his dragon form but she can't see it clearly. She wants to see him in his dragon form once again in her consciousness. She smiles to think of that.

"Weiwei! Prof. Shen!"

Shen Wei startled to hear those calling repeatedly to her. She opens her eyes just to be welcomed by her friends near to the lake and Zhao Yunlan tried to avoid them to come closer to her now. Shen Wei smiles to them happily to be able to see them again in this life.
