Chapter 11

"Hey, look! There is a temple at there!" Dajie said as she saw an old temple at there.

They all look at that place. Zhao Yunlan smiles to see that familiar temple that once he stayed at there before the war with that witch. But he is surprised to see that temple is still lively not like an abandoned temple when we left the temple for centuries without anyone live there.

"Who is living at there now? Supposedly it is abandoned for centuries," Zhao Yunlan curiously asked.

"I am not sure it either, Yunlan. When we came here before, I didn't see this temple on the way to the peak. How can there is a temple at there now when this is the way we went to the peak?" Shen Wei also curious.

"This temple is already at there since beginning. It is belonged to my people. That monk, Monk Lin Jing. He stayed at there for anything regarding to this mountain. I let him stayed at there. But after that healer was died, I heard Monk Lin left that temple too. I didn't hear his whereabout since that day till now. Even when that witch attacked on me and my people, I didn't know whereabout of Monk Lin. We lost in that battle without him to help me," Zhao Yunlan told.

They all surprised to hear that past story of Zhao Yunlan as Kunlun in this mountain centuries ago. Shen Wei suddenly holds Zhao Yunlan's hand and she assured to Zhao Yunlan that now they all are with him in whatever happens after this. Zhao Yunlan feels at ease to see an assurance smiling from Shen Wei to him now.

"Let's go there now, shall we?" Chu suggested to Zhao Yunlan and Shen Wei.

Zhao Yunlan nods agreed and they walk towards that temple. They hope they will see a good person from that temple soon. But then, when they walked into that temple, they are stumbled to the back to feel the barrier around that temple. Zhao Yunlan unconsciously released his power to hold them all from falling to the back caused him becomes weak for the power using.

"Yunlan!" Shen Wei worryingly called to see Zhao Yunlan almost fell off if not she caught him.

"I am fine. Just a little bit tired. I unconsciously released my power without my heart protection scale and my other body parts," Zhao Yunlan assured.

Shen Wei sighs in relief to see Zhao Yunlan can stand up properly back. Just his face is a bit paler for the weakening by his own power. Unknowingly to them all that a person in that temple is shocked to feel that familiar power at outside of the temple. He rushes to go outside just to see a group of people are holding each other like in a hurt. He looks to each of them till his eyes caught up with that familiar power owner.

"Kunlun!" that person called caused Zhao Yunlan startled and he looks at that direction.

"Lin Jing! You are still alive!" Zhao Yunlan said and the others frown to hear that greeting from them both inside and outside of that temple.

"Yes, I am, Kunlun. And so you are. Where were you for this time? I tried to find your body after that battle but I failed. I just found your heart protection scale within that baby and I tried to save it together with that baby but unfortunately we caught by the surge power of that witch. We were sealed and..."

"Lin, open this barrier now and we have a talk at inside, can we?" Zhao Yunlan interrupted Lin's explanation now.

"Oh, yeah! I am sorry for that. But are they can be trusted? These humans?" Lin suspicious.

Zhao Yunlan nods with assurance smile. Then, Lin lifts up the barrier before he asks them to come inside that temple. After that, he reforms back that barrier to make sure they are safe in that temple from anything outside. Lin invites them all to have a seat and he prepares the foods and drinks for them. And of course those are from this mountain, not heavenly foods and drinks like in the modern world.
