With a swift hand motion, they point to the small purple and orange bat with yellow eyes.

The said purple bat flys over to land on their shoulder.
"Hmph, a Vambat? Really huh. I thought you'd choose the fire one." Xavier says notably surprised at the decision.
"I just don't like rabbits as much.." Cellz mumble sheepishly.
"You chose at random. Didn't you?"
Xavier sighs in disappointment, when he sees a small nod coming from Cellz.
"You wanna choose again?"
"Nah. You known me long enough- I'll take on any challenges!" Cellz smiles widely at Xavier, despite sensing the disappointed emanating from him.
Sensing this as an opportunity to teach Cellz about the LoomiWatch, he automatically wants to battle them.
"Say Zee, now you've gotten your first Loomian- and still think you can take any challenge how 'bout we have battle?" Xavier offers knowing the reply already.
"Why of course brother dearest! I would love a battle!" Cellz says obviously faking an accent to annoy the other. Then turns to their Vambat.
"Hey lil' dude-"
"Prettyy sure that Vambat is female Cece!" Candy yelled in the background. Listening in Cellz's talk, while helping Kate on finding the mysterious flying rocks.
"Alright. Hey lil' uh lady? You and I are gonna fight my brother, so let's do our best! yeah?" Cellz says enthusiastically feeling determined to defeat their brother.
The small bat roars with excitement, for it's first battle.
Cellz looks back at Xavier nodding to him about the battle.

"Alright so, since this is your first battle. I won't be using my partner Cynamoth "Red" for your sake. Instead I shall be using the lab provided Kabunga." Xavier states to ease Cellz and dropping a Capture Disc to let out a small dancing tree.
The roaming starter Loomians moved aside for the battle. Fueling with excitement to watch another battle.
Xavier told Cellz how the LoomiWatch works. Telling them about how important the energy of a Loomian is.
Then Xavier explains how the turn-based battles work, and then about the type advantages and disadvantages.
Cellz took in this information with caution, afraid of losing to Xavier again by being too cocky like last time.
"Vambat use bite!" Cellz yelled to beckon the Vambat to bites it's opponent. "It's super effective!" They thought to themselves once the move hit.
