(this oneshot was requested by RafaelaAlvesdeBrito so enjoy..?)

Music echoed throughout the room, as well as the crowd's chattering. Ivy had asked you out to the Lackadaisy Speakeasy, and of course, you complied. She was cute, so why not? You scanned the room, trying to find Ivy. Finally, you saw her by the bar, also looking around. It seemed like she was trying to spot you in the crowd. As soon as she saw you, her face lit up. She jumped up from her seat and hugged you.

"Hi Y/n! I've been waiting forever for you!" You nervously chuckled, your cheeks suddenly feeling warm.

"Hey, Ivy." You murmured in a shy tone of voice.

"Aw, don't be shy! C'mon, I was hoping to dance with you!" Before you could protest against the suggestion, Ivy grabbed your hand and dragged you onto the dance floor.

"Y'know the Charleston? The Lindy Hop? Roundabout? The Jingle Jangle? The Hoopty Noodle?" Ivy eagerly asked you, excitement glistening in her eyes. You opened your mouth to try and speak, but all that came out was a nervous stammer. Finally, you were able to say, "I-I don't know how to—"

"I'll show you! So you just gotta put one foot over there, and one over there..." Ivy guided you, placing you in a certain position and doing the same for herself.

"And now we dance!" Ivy cheered, immediately dancing around with you. You tried to keep up with her pace, but failed tremendously. Of course, Ivy noticed and her smile widened. She cupped both of your cheeks and lifted your head up. You felt the heat rising to your cheeks. "Hey, it's okay... here's a tip! Just feel the beat, the rythm of the music... and just let yourself go. Works for me!" She whispered in your ear, her cute smile never faltering. You have to admit, that kinda lifted your spirits. A small smile curled on your lips and your gaze softened.

"Okay." You spoke, a bit more confident this time. You took Ivy's paw and firmly held it. "Care to dance, Ms. Pepper?" You asked with a confident smirk. Wait, did Ivy's cheeks become flush just now? She seemed surprised at your sudden confidence, but hey, she wasn't complaining. A smirk formed on her lips and she squeezed your paw. "Thought you'd never ask, L/n."

As time passed by, more people left the speakeasy and went home. However, you two were a different story. You two lost track of time, too focused on dancing with each other and having a blast. After tiring yourselves out, you two decided to stop and take a break, maybe grab a drink. So you did.

Viktor was behind the counter, wiping a glass with a small cloth. Zib was on the end of the bar, his head resting on his crossed arms. He was probably passed out as always. Ivy sat beside you, tired. So tired she rested her head on your shoulder and closed her eyes.

"Thanks for a fun night." She spoke softly, her voice a tad raspy due to her sleepiness.

"Umm... of course!" You replied sheepishly, nervously chuckling. A small smile formed on her lips and her eyes fluttered open. She looked up at you and placed a kiss on your lips. You slightly gasped in surprise, your face reddening. She giggled and closed her eyes, putting her head back onto your shoulder. You nervously chuckled and placed an arm on her shoulder.

"My pleasure." You replied in a slightly nervous tone, leaning a bit closer to Ivy.

"Get a room, you two." A tired, raspy voice muttered.

Ivy and you looked in the direction of the voice. It was Zib. Ivy just laughed it off, but you were a different story. Your face immediately flushed red with blush and a flustered stammer left your mouth. And then all of a sudden... you felt eyes on you. You turned around to see Viktor giving you a death glare. It'd be a good idea to run.
