Today was the day Bloom would stand in the Supreme Court of Fairies.

These were the people who passed judgment on the Trix, Valtor, and other criminals of the Magix dimension.

This trial is occurring exactly one month after Bloom was taken home and out of the Omega dimension, away from Valtor.

She's sitting anxiously at the foot of her bed, praying that the court will hear her out.

"Valtor, are you there?"

Bloom reaches out to the one person who can always put her mind and heart at ease.

"What is it, my dear princess? I can sense your anxiety."

"Okay, I haven't been frank with you this past month. We've been talking back and forth daily while we've been separated, but I think I might've found a way to get you out of the Omega dimension diplomatically. I didn't tell you sooner because I didn't want to give you false hope and-"

"Bloom, you're rambling and panicking. Slow down and explain it to me. What do you mean you found a way to get me out of the Omega dimension? Please don't tell me you're doing something reckless."

The urgency in Valtor's voice gives Bloom a warm feeling in her heart. Knowing that he genuinely cares so much for her that he's willing to stay in the Omega dimension to keep her safe secures Bloom's belief that Valtor is a changed man.

"I'm going with Ms. Faragonda and my friends to testify for a retrial for you. I want to prove to them that you're a changed man and should be relocated to the Fortress Of Light instead. I wanted to surprise you and not give you false hope, but I'm so anxious I feel like I'm about to vomit. I just need to hear some words of comfort since I'll have to leave in thirty minutes.

Bloom waits patiently to hear Valtor's comforting, deep voice tell her it will work out. That everything's going to be okay and that they can be together again. But weirdly enough, no response comes for a few moments, which only makes Bloom's anxiety spike.

"Bloom... You'd do that for me? But... I don't feel like I deserve another chance. I've caused irreparable harm to you and many people in the Magix dimension. I was greedy and wanted nothing but destruction. Someone like me deserves to be locked away in an icy cold prison away from every other creature."

"W-what? Valtor, you're a changed man. I've seen you change; I feel your emotions. You're genuine about wanting to become a better person. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who wants to become a good person deserves a second chance. As a fairy, I'm supposed always to try and positively affect people around me. I love you, Valtor, and I also want what's best for you. So please, don't think so lowly of yourself."

Bloom can feel tears pricking at her eyes. To think that Valtor carried this much guilt only made Bloom want to help him even more. She knows he's done horrible things, but she wants to reach out to him. To find the good in him and help him realize that everyone can redeem themselves as long as they're willing.

"I don't deserve your forgiveness, Bloom. You truly are the light in my life, and I swear on my life and honour as a wizard that I will continue to change for you. Don't feel anxious Princess, you've done more than enough for me. If you can convince the Supreme Court to relocate me to the Fortress of Light I will forever be indebted to you. If not, I will cherish this special bond we have from far away. Don't blame yourself if things go south."

"Bloom, we need to get going now." Flora speaks softly through the door, interrupting Bloom's focus on Valtor.

"Alright, I'll be right there!" Bloom calls back to her friend before returning her attention back to Valtor.
