Both Harry and Draco had eventful weekends to say the least, and were unprepared for what the new work week would bring. To say Draco was surprised to find Hermione Granger waiting outside of his office for him once he returned from his lunch break would have been an understatement.

"Good afternoon Malfoy."

"Granger," Draco greeted curtly. "Is there something I could help you with?"

"There is actually. Ron and I were wondering if you and Harry would like to have dinner with us?"

"Is there a reason you're asking?"

What had Harry been saying about him, about them?

"Harry and Teddy were talking about how nice it was to be spending time with you. You have been spending quite a lot of time together, I thought it could be nice to catch up."

"Nice... I suppose so."

"Great! We'll see you tonight then!"

"Tonight, Granger what-," Draco began, giving up as she hurried out the door.

Harry was having a similar conversation in his office across the Ministry with Ron.

"Ron, what brings you here?"

"Are you free for dinner tonight?"

"I am," he replied, head tilted in confusion.

"Perfect. Dinner tonight at yours?"

"I mean I suppose so I have to go grocery shopping then."

"Oh, here," Ron replied, pulling some money out of his pocket. "There's some extra so you can make me some lunch for tomorrow," he finished with a grin.

"You had to choose a Monday to want dinner?"

"Love you mate," he replied with a grin, clapping Harry on the shoulder as he walked out of his office. "Oh, and Malfoy's coming too bye!," he said, popping his head back into the office with a grin.

"Huh?"

Harry and Draco ran into each other in the hallway, sharing a look of curiosity.

"What?," they started at the same time.

Opening the door to his office, Harry ushered Draco in.

"I was just accosted by Granger for dinner?," Draco said in confusion.

"Ron told me I was making dinner at my place and you were coming."

"So we were both accosted."

"I suppose so."

"What did you say to them?," Draco asked curiously. "I mean you must have spoken about me to them for this to happen."

"Teddy raved about you, you know. I suppose I did too, to an extent. We like spending time with you. I really like spending time with you," Harry confessed, rubbing the back of his neck.

Draco felt so warm inside, and he knew his cheeks were turning pink. He wanted to tell Harry he felt the same way, but he couldn't get the words out just yet.

Instead, he asked, "Do you need to go grocery shopping? We can pick up Teddy from school and then I can go with you?"

"I would love that! Meet me back here after your shift? I'll just work through lunch so I can get off an hour early."

"You haven't had lunch yet?"

"Mondays are... well, they're Mondays," Harry replied, gesturing at his desk.

Draco's eyes widened comically, and Harry laughed sheepishly.

"Can I please fix your desk?"

"This is my desk fixed."
