[A/N: IMPORTANT ⚠️‼️ Hi yall. So as you may know, I've been re writing this story over on Ao3, (here's the link go read it pls: https://archiveofourown.org/works/48648748 ) and I changed up a lot of the beginning plot. So if you're reading this as a continuation of the last chapters, here's a list of things I changed if you don't feel like reading it:
-Y/N doesn't have that whole jealousy arc wit Sal
-Chapter 6 will happen after this chapter, I think it just flows better
-The whole story is in Second person POV cause it's easier to write that way
All right, enjoy this chapter, I'll post again next Saturday <3 (also this a combination of everything that happens from chapter 5 and up.)]

"WHAT?! YOU SAW HIM AGAIN?!" Viola yelled frantically, her hands gripping your shoulders, shaking you slightly.

You had just gotten home from Hot Topic, the few items you had got long since forgotten on your living room sofa. Your sister's grip on your shoulders tightened more, causing you to shift uncomfortably. You told her about what you saw in Larry's apartment, and now, here you were. You winced as she yelled at you, squinting and looking anywhere but her face. She was scary when she was angry.

"Yeah, it's exactly what I told you!" You could hear her scoff.

"(Y/N), do you know what this means?" She asked you, her voice growing more panicked.

"Yeah, the demon's getting stronger, right?" You replied, a sick twisting in your stomach bringing you into the reality of everything.

"More than that! Everything we've fought so hard for could come undone at any moment. And that means that you- we're not safe anymore!" Viola moved her hands off your shoulders, gesturing in frantic motions. You were pretty sure they were bruised from how tight she was grabbing them. Your brows furrowed together, the hysteria now settling into your mind. You knew Viola was right, but what were you even supposed to do? It's not like you could go anywhere.

"Wait, (Y/N), why didn't you tell me this earlier?" She asked, her red eyes burning holes into yours.

"I-I dunno! I was too freaked out! And I was with Sal and Larry, I couldn't just disappear on them, they'd get suspicious!"

"You couldn't just text me?! And what would they even be suspicious of? You could've lied or something!" Viola yelled.

"I don't know! I wasn't thinking!"

"Clearly you weren't!" She hissed.

It was silent for a second. You just stared at each other, neither of you daring to say anything. You knew she was just worried and stressed, hell you were too, but it still hurt when she yelled at you like this.

"You know what? You go get some rest, I'll deal with this." She sighed, her tone now very frustrated. Viola headed to her room, the soft click of a door noting her leave. You loved her so much, but deep down you knew this wasn't something she could fix by herself. And where things stood, neither of you truly knew what was going on beneath the surface, but you knew it couldn't be anything good. The most that could be done was just to wait it out. And although that basically meant you were sitting ducks, you didn't have any other option.

You heaved a heavy sigh and walked off to your room, shutting the door and sinking down to the floor. Tears pricked at the corner of your eyes. As you sat in the dimly lit room, you couldn't help but feel sorry for yourself. You had barely given yourself any room to grieve, keeping yourself distracted with your friends. Larry had done an amazing job at that too, swooping in right when you were teetering on the edge of a mental break.

God, and on top of that, this Sal situation. Truth be told, you still didn't know what you were going to do. You loved hanging around the boy, and you loved his style. Even though it had only been 2 months with him, you felt like your friendship with him was something special. But at the same time, you knew he wouldn't stop asking questions, and that wasn't good for you or for him. It felt like you were suffocating in an ocean of your own emotions and at any given moment, you were going to snap.
