Danny and Dani arrives back at Aviano Air Base. After going through their post landing checks, the two heads for the briefing room. Upon arrival, they found Booker, Bruno and Darius trying to restrain Jessica, who was trying to go after Brigadier General Hawkins after learning he is the benefactor to the Vampir Squadron and tried to assassinate Danny and Dani.
"Razor, no!" Bruno said.
"You jerk!" Jessica said as she tried to go after General Hawkins.
"Stop it!" Dani said.
"Hey, chill." Daniel said while holding a can of soda.
"Stop!" Darius said.
"Razor, stand down! Sit!" Booker ordered as he gets Jessica to sit down but spills Daniel's soda.
"Shoot, my cola..." Daniel said.
"The fleet at Ceuta was eliminated and we've prevented the submarine from joining forces. The unidentified aircraft were shot down too. The mission was a complete success." General Hawkins said.
"Complete success, yeah right!" Jessica said with anger.
"Brigadier General, it sure seemed to me and my brother like the shadows knew you pretty darn well." Dani said.
"You seem to be confused. Report in for a medical check. We'll decide if you're still fit for service based on the examinations." General Hawkins said.
Jessica then tried to go after General Hawkins but was quickly restrained.
"Cut it!" Darius said.
"That's enough!" Bruno said.
"Get the MP!" General Hawkins ordered.
"He's right. Get the MP." a new voice is heard on the comlink, making Hawkins realized who it is.
"The Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff?" General Hawkins said.
"The Phonoi slipped into the port of Ceuta after the mission was completed, using the confusion for cover. It resupplied quickly and escaped unharmed. Their goal was not to join forces. It was to resupply using the window we created by chasing away the Guys in White forces. We did their bidding, albeit unknowingly. But the problem runs deeper than our lack of tactical acumen. Analyst Knight, explain for us." the Vice Chairman said.
"Of the crew caught in the submarine accident, 330 men made it back alive. Of them, 300 are still on the sub today. Our intel has led us to believe that some or all of the thirty men who left the sub are now working as agents for the Phonoi. Before the mission, I got a call from Tucker Foley of Team Phantom under orders from Danny and Danielle regarding finding the source of intel. Mr. Foley and I have managed to find and gather that source. Sabotage, espionage, cyber propaganda, dissemination of false intel... Brigadier General, do you recognize the name Allan Parsons—or Operative AZ, as he used to go by? He is a former member of the Phonoi's crew. And your source of intel." Joseph said.
"You are a fool, Brigadier General Hawkins. Not only that, the radio communications during the mission suggest you are a traitor." the Vice Chairman said.
"Sir, if you check with Lieutenant General Davenport, you'll understand that this is all just a misunderstanding." General Hawkins said, trying to defend himself.
"The Lieutenant General claims you were responsible for handling all aspects of the mission. Now, let me say that again. Get the MP." the Vice Chairman said.
"No need for that." Jessica said as she gets up and approach General Hawkins with hostile intention. "Son of a gun." Jessica said before she assaults Hawkins by punching him in the face, making him fall.
