Chapter 7: So cold

(For some reason I feel like today is going to be hectic. I can feel it in my stomach.)
*As carly and Chad took a seat Mr. Liplocker came into the class.*
"Everyone take seats! As you know today you are getting you locker numbers."
*Chad leans over to carly and whispers in her ear*
"I hope your locker is next to mine. I don't want to be by Zoey!"
"haha me too." carly whispers back.
*The teacher hands out everyone's locker number and combination.*
(I wonder what locker Chad got...)
*Carly goes out to her locker she spots Jenny who was again talking to Jeff, twisting her hair around her finger in a flirtatious way. When carly finally made it to her locker he looked to her left and Zoey was next to her!!! But in relief the person to the right of her was Chad.*
"Oh hii carly I didn't see you there." Zoey says sarcastically.
"Well it's very nice to see you too." Carly also says sarcastically.
*Then carly looks to the right and see chad's toned biceps put all of his things in his locker. Everything felt like it was going in slow motion whenever she would look at him. Then all of a sudden he glances up at her.*
" oh hey bae is thus your locker?"
"Uhh... yeah... and I told you to s-"
*before the words could come out.of her mouth Zoey busted in the conversation.*
" BEA!" " WHAT DO YOU GUYS GO OUT!!??"
*Chad looked up at Zoey, stood up, and smiled. He put his hands around Carly's shoulders.*
"Why yes we DO go out... now."
*Zoeys eyes widened, her mouth dropped, and she looked as if she was going to explode.*
"W-W-WHEN WAS it!! When did you make it official!!!??"
"Welll why does it matter to you its not like your my girlfriend."
"I know it's just.... uhhhh NEVER MIND!!"
*Zoey storms off down the hallways.*
"W-w-why did you Tell her that!? We don't even go out for real."
"Well first of all I did that to make her back off you...and...."
"And....?"
"Well I want to give us a try."
"Why so sudden though?"
"Don't worry about that now."
"What do you mean don't w-"
*Just like that Chad leans down and kisses carly on the lips*
(OMG OMG OH MY GLOB I GOT MY FIRST KISS FROM A CUTE BOY!!!)
*Chad leans over towards carly's ear*
"How'd you like that?"
"Uhhh...."
"I take that as a yes you liked it a lot."
*The bell for the lunch rings. That moment carly was standing in line.getting order her food she could feel zoey's eyes starting right at her. She tries to ignore and looks up at the lunch lady who was wearing a hair net on her fully grayed hair. She also wore a hair net on her chin as well, which was very strange.*
"What would you like to eat Hon."
"Um... I would like a piece of pizza, a fruit cup and fruit punch for the drink please.
"that would be $9 dollars."
"Here you go."
"Thank you."
*When carly goes to the table she usually sit at, she notices that Jenny wasn't sitting there but instead she sat with Jeff.*
( what's her problem today she's been with him all day!)
*Carly notices Chad coming towards her with big smiles and sits down beside her*
"WHOA what's up with you?"
"Haha what do you mean?"
"Hehe never mind"
"Hey where's your friend Jen or whatever her name was?"
"Its Jenny, and she's been acting weird today hanging out with your cuz."
"Ohhhh that, I thought they were going out."
"Yeah they DID go out last year But broke up AND she told me she was over him."
"Maybe she wasn't after all."
"Yeah maybe..."
(I still don't get it, why is she mad at me?)
