Madelaine POV

☆*: .。. .。.:*☆

I'm lying in my messy bed, the morning sunlight shining through the giant windows of our apartment, holding my phone high above my head staring at the white messaging screen contemplating if I should message Cole or not. This shouldn't be that hard of a decision. Pro he's excited and wants to talk and we can talk about all the annoying homophobic people we have encountered, and con he doesn't want to talk to you right now. Which would be dumb, who wouldn't want to talk to me? I'm literally a girlboss icon.

"AhhHHHhHHhhHHhhHH" I turn around screaming into my pillow so it doesn't sound like I'm being murdered by a psycho path.

Which honestly wouldn't be that bad, I'm all for getting killed. Let me just dress up and get all pretty before I do.

I pick back up my phone from my bed sheets and read a message on my lock screen, I gasp and excitedly reply.

Jazlyn and I have been best friends since preschool. It may sound corny and all but we honestly have the best friendship ever, we can tell each other everything, we can joke around, we can have super random conversations without ever getting bored. It's everything I hope and dream of... well I don't hope and dream of it because it's already a reality... and hoping and dreaming is like hoping y'know. Anyways she left me for 3 weeks to go find somebody cooler. Aka she went to go to Chicago for a convention of some sort... but whatever same thing.
