Dear Ardere,

Sorrow. It is such a small word but it describes one of the deepest emotions a man can feel. When you looked at him, it felt like you were looking at the first rays of sun after a dark and stormy night. The twinkle in your eyes and the gentle smile. It was the harpoon that pierced my heart.

The pain I felt. The wishes that emerged in my heart, to be looked at the way you looked at him, To be him. I wish to be the first rays of sun for you but I am just a demon who sits in the darkness.

I will always be happy for you from the distance that feels to be counted in Zeno's paradox. No matter how much I travel, there will always be a midway between us. The distance between us may be infinitesimally small yet it can't reach zero.

You are the origin of my life, the driving force. The twinkle in your eyes for him. It is encouraging me to hit the brakes. Perhaps the road I am driving on has reached its end.

I wish I could tell this to your face.

Yours,
Asura.
