Dear Ardere,

It is said trust is the currency of a relationship. I would like to argue that it is rather a sculpture two people build themselves as a representation of their relationship. Although beautiful, the structure itself is complicated and delicate. Once broken, no matter how much you work hard, it will never be the way it was. The cracks of the past always appear on now scarred sculptures.

Once a sculptor has his sculpture broken, he becomes hesitant to participate in another activity. The sad truth that has come to my realisation is that both of us have had our sculptures broken.

I can't force you into this, neither do I have the courage to ask you. But I can assure you one thing, I will protect you more than the guards I have built for myself.

Yours,
Asura
