EXT. CAMPFIRE - NIGHT
Ratchet, Bumblebee, and Ezra sit around the crackling campfire, discussing their plans to rescue Hera. Suddenly, they hear a peculiar noise coming from the nearby bushes. They all turn their attention in that direction.
Ratchet signals for caution as the noise draws closer. The rustling stops, and a small, quirky-looking ROBOT emerges from the bushes. It stops in its tracks, startled by their presence.
EZRA
(smiling)
Hi, I'm Ezra. Who are you?
The robot fiddles with its throat, adjusting something before speaking with a distinctive voice.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(laughs)
Well, howdy there, Ezra! The name's Fender Pinwheeler. Used to be Bumper, but I changed it when I moved into town.
EZRA
(interested)
Nice to meet you, Fender. Do you have a master?
Fender's optics dim slightly as he responds.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(sadly)
No, Ezra. I don't have a master. I'm just trying to find my way in this big ol' world.
Ezra looks at Ratchet and Bumblebee, silently seeking their approval. They exchange nods, indicating their acceptance.
EZRA
(grinning)
Well, Fender, we could use some extra help. How about joining us on our mission? We're going to rescue someone named Hera.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(exuberant)
Yee-haw! Count me in! I'm always up for an adventure, and some company would be mighty nice!
Ezra, Ratchet, and Bumblebee share a sense of newfound camaraderie, the team growing stronger with each addition.
