EXT. CAMPFIRE - NIGHT
The gang lies peacefully by the campfire, asleep. Ezra, however, remains awake, his gaze fixated on the two moons in the night sky. A sense of melancholy washes over him, and a few tears escape his eyes as he thinks of his Ghost crew family, regretting the deal he made.
EZRA
(whispering to himself)
I miss them... I wish I hadn't made that deal.
As Ezra sits alone with his thoughts, Fender Pinwheeler from the "Robots" movie scooches in awkwardly, sensing Ezra's distress.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(curious)
Hey there, Ezra. What's going on? You seem a little down.
EZRA
(sighs)
I signed something I shouldn't have. It was a deal with Rumplestiltskin.
Fender gasps dramatically, his eyes widening.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(gasping)
You should never sign a deal with Rumplestiltskin!
EZRA
(nods)
Yeah, I see that now. It was a mistake.
Fender tries to cheer Ezra up, his quirky personality shining through.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(cheerfully)
Hey, look, things may seem bad today, but hey, THERE'S ANOTHER ONE COMING UP! Life's full of surprises, my friend!
Ezra manages a small smile, appreciating Fender's attempt to lift his spirits.
EZRA
(smiling)
You're right, Fender. There's always hope for a better tomorrow. Hopefully, it will bring an answer to my problem.
Ezra shows Fender the paper he signed, and Fender examines it with a mischievous grin.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(teasingly)
Oh, this? There's usually a hidden message in these kind of things. Let me just fold it here and there... and voilà!
Fender expertly folds the paper, revealing the words "True Love's Kiss."
EZRA
(excited)
True love's kiss... Maybe there's a way to break the deal!
Fender playfully nudges Ezra.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(jokingly)
Whoa, okay, you're gonna have to take me out to dinner first!
Ezra chuckles, feeling a renewed sense of determination.
EZRA
(resolute)
I need to find Sabine, my crush. Maybe we can bond and help each other through this. But first, we have to rescue Hera.
Fender nods in agreement.
FENDER PINWHEELER
(enthusiastically)
You got it, Ezra! Tomorrow, we'll save the day and find your true love's kiss!
The two friends settle down for the night, ready to face the challenges ahead.
