INT. GHOST - MEDICAL BAY - DAY
Ezra slowly opens his eyes, finding himself in the familiar surroundings of the Ghost's medical bay. As he looks around, relief washes over him as he sees his family – Hera, Kanan, Sabine, Zeb, and Chopper – standing by his bedside.
SABINE
(happy)
Ezra! You're awake!
HERA
(relieved)
Thank the Force, ezra. We were so worried about you.
Sabine, Zeb, and Chopper chime in with words of relief and joy, expressing how much they missed him and how they feared for his safety.
EZRA
(weakly)
I'm sorry... I didn't mean to worry you all.
HERA
(gently)
No, Ezra. It's not your fault. We shouldn't have pushed you so hard. We just didn't realize how much the stress was affecting you.
KANAN
(nods)
She's right. We should have been more understanding and considerate of your feelings.
SABINE
(apologetic)
We're really sorry, Ezra. We never meant to put you in such a tough spot.
ZEB
(smiling)
Yeah, we should've just listened to you and not forced you into anything.
CHOPPER
(beeping)
Ezra manages a small smile, grateful for their understanding. They all gather around him, and the Ghost crew, as a family, share a heartfelt hug.
HERA
(teary-eyed)
We're just glad you're okay, Ezra. That's all that matters.
EZRA
(softly)
I'm glad to be back with all of you too.
As they embrace, the tension that had once weighed heavily upon them dissipates. They know that they are stronger together, and that they will support and look out for one another in their journey against the Empire.
