Later that night, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jin took him out. They called it Vampire Training 102. He quickly picked up on everything, and they were shocked at how fast he was learning.

Jin proudly says, "That's our Golden Maknae."

After some initial teaching of what Jungkook will be able to do complete, they head back to the house.

When they returned, Yoongi called Jungkook. "Maknae, we need to talk. Now."

The others have heard that tone of voice before and scatter quickly. Pretending they have other things that need their immediate attention. Jungkook follows Yoongi into his studio.

"Close the door, Bun."

He motions for Jungkook to sit on the small couch while he sits at his desk chair. Jungkook starts fidgeting, waiting for his hyung to speak.

"Mrs. Lee came over today."

Jungkook perks up, looking with interest at Yoongi and hoping for good news. "Is Chimmin ok?"

Yoongi smiles, "Yes. It seems he is completely well. Plus, Chimmin has the vigor of a kitten. Noona wanted you to know because she saw how sad you were last night when you visited."

Jungkook is very happy, his eyes shining with joy. Yoongi shakes his head and then slightly frowns.

"Care to explain Chimmin's miraculous recovery?"

Jungkook lowers his head, "I, um . . . you remember Jay and Kay?" Yoongi nods.

"Well, I heard poor Mrs. Lee crying mournfully last night, and it hurt. I know how much she loves Chimmin. I thought if I could heal the kittens then why not a full-grown cat?"

Yoongi sighs, "Your love for animals is commendable, but now that you've changed, you must be more cautious about your actions. If normals saw you giving blood to animals, it would freak them the fuck out."

He steps over to Jungkook, "Next thing you know, you're being hunted. We wouldn't want to lose you permanently. It would destroy us all."

"I'm sorry, hyung, but her heart was breaking, and I just had to do it. She has always  been so good to us."

"Yes, she has. Just be more aware of who may see you."

He looked sternly at him, "Even if you don't think there is anyone around, feel for them. Pick up their scent—normals have a certain smell about them—and listen for heartbeats. The rhythm can tell you so many things, whether it be human, animal, or something else."

Jungkook nods, "Yes Hyung."

"One more thing, Bunny, as I've mentioned to you before. You're special. Your blood is powerful. Practice caution when you're giving till you know more about how much is enough."

Yoongi slightly laughs as he thinks of something and then says, "We don't need vampire kittens running around the neighborhood, though it would keep the mouse and rat population down in the city."

Yoongi does his machine gun laugh, and Jungkook knows his 'scolding' for lack of a better word is over.

"I'll be more careful. Jin and Namjoon have been teaching me more about portion control."

He shakes his head and grins, "Jin-hyung is teaching me using measuring spoons and cups while Namjoon is trying to teach me using algebra."

He grimaces as he recalls the first lesson from Namjoon. "I just can't get it. I find it easier learning with Jin-hyung."

Yoongi laughs, "I have to agree with you on that. Okay, that is all I wanted to talk to you about."

Yoongi hugs him and says, "Thank you for making our Noona so happy. She deserves it."

A tear forms in Jungkook's eye, and he wipes it away. "It would have hurt too much not to have done it."

Yoongi nods and opens the door, and they both head to the kitchen, "I think we need a snack," says Yoongi. "She brought over hotteok for us today."

Jungkook smiles and happily small claps in excitement, he loves her hotteok.
