Knuckles finally snaps out of it and walks away ignoring his friends. He walks to the garden where the hedgehog was sitting in a stone bench. "Hey..." he said a bit shaky. "Hey you ok?" He asked. "Is your name...... Shadow Dark?" Knuckles asked and to his horror the hedgehog sighs and gets up. "Yes..... I'm sorry for lying to you...." He said. "How come I can see you and not your family?" "Believe it or not I been trying and I just got some kind of way to make stuff move yet they still can't see me.... Only you.... Well if I let you...." Shadow blushed and knuckles raised a brow then realized. "YOU?! You were in the bathroom while I was..." "In the tub yeah... I'm sorry you.... We're just so stunning I kinda wanted to know more about you and let my curiosity become to much..." he said and knuckles was mad but he relaxed. "I will forgive you but now answer me this. Did you..... kill yourself?" Knuckles asked. "NO! I would never do that especially since I was starting my training to become the new owner because I completed business school and came out to my parents that I was gay. My life was going great! All that was left was to find a spouse..... but....I was murdered..... she made my murder a very convincing suicide scene.... Hell even had a note that sounded like me good....." his ears folded. "Who?" Knuckles asked. "My sister....." he said. "What you warned me about that she will kill to get what she wants... you were trying to tell me that she murdered you" "In away yes i was... I just didn't want to completely freak you out...." Shadow rubs his arms and knuckles rubs the back of his neck. "Well... I guess I can help find proof... where should I start looking?" Knuckles said. "You really want to help me?" Shadow asked. "Yes I do the only thing I'm disappointed with is that I won't be able to take you on a date ya know" he chuckled and shadow chuckles. "Yeah... because I become very fond of you myself..... guess we are both doom to love from forbidden voids huh?" Shadow said. "Yeah...." "My parents haven't changed my room since my murder I think you can start there." Shadow said. "Ok great" knuckles smiled. "We can help too!" Knuckles jumps and sees sonic and tails walk up. "Hooooow long have you been standing there...." Knuckles asked. "Since you walked off and frankly you're the only one who can see him tails has his inferred scanner and we see shadow's ghost plus we can hear him with it too." Sonic explained.
