Chapter 8 "I Can't Keep Doing This."

The whole ride back to my house was silent except for the sound of my heal hitting the floor of the car because I knew my mom was pissed.

"Are you okay Harley?"

"Yeah, can we just hurry please."

"sure"

As soon as we pull up I get my keys for the house and swung the door open.

"Thanks agin Matt."

"It's cool, hey uh do you think I could have you're number for school and stuff?"

"Sure, give me you're phone."

I punch in my number then run to the door I slip my keys in and open the door. As soon as I close it I hear my mom.

"You're joking right?"

"Mom it's not my fault there's no clocks at the beach and plus You didn't tell me I had to be back by 12"

"No but there's a clock on that stupid ass phone I bought you. Don't be dumb you know you're curfew is 10:30."

"I know I'm sorry."

"No you're not. You're not going anywhere for 1 month."

"Mom you're the one who wanted me to make friends I just went to a party with them and I get punished for it?! Sorry but that was one of the funniest nights I've had sense what happened and now I won't be allowed to leave the house for a month for having a good time! That's so stupid, when I don't have any friends don't ask me To make new ones cuz I'm not."

I said while I walked down the hall. I threw my bag on the floor and started crying from frustration into my pillow. after I calmed down I got a towel and went into the bathroom to take a shower. after I showered for 20 minutes I got out put on my big shirt and went into bed.

When I woke up the next morning I got out of bed and I noticed that i woke up an hour earlier then I usually do so instead of falling back to sleep I was just going to go to the park next to the school and relax till school started just so I don't have to deal with my mom. so I got out of bed put my hair up so it wouldn't get wet in the shower then I hopped in for 5 minutes then got out and chose my outfit(big sweater with a random logo on it, shorts and my black high top converse), when u picked it out I slipped it on and took my hair out of the bun and brushed it then put my makeup on. after that I grabbed 5 bucks from my savings and as usual grabbed my bag and bored and skated to the park.

When I got there I laid under the tree and checked my phone it's Wednesday which means I'm having all my classes today, I also saw I got a text from Matt

"Hey it's Matt do you want to get some donuts?"

"Sure.pick me up at the park."

"K"

After that I put my phone away, put my back pack on, grabbed my board and waited at the curb for Matt. when he pulled up I jumped in his truck and we road down the street to this old donut shop. He insisted on buying me the donut after we got them we sat at one of the little Tables outside and ate.

We where sitting in silence when Matt started to say some thing.
