(Y/N) / FIRST PERSON

I'm pretty sure hearing Ellie's last words, those being "(y/n) is out of time", put me in a state of shock that I will never recover from. What did she mean? What is in her? What will happen to me?

My swirling thoughts were interrupted by Beth who was asking me something.

"(y/n), give Danny and I a hand. We need to get her to a doctor."

I nodded and went to go lift Ellie's feet. They had cuts all around her ankles, which I was too scared to touch.

We all start running Ellie down the hallway when I hear Kassidy and Bridget crying.

"Take her inside. Now!" Beth demanded Bridget.

Once we reached the hallway, concerns rise because the elevator is trashed. Wires everywhere, blood. Blood. This is where Ellie was attacked.

"Try the stairs Dan!"

Danny gasps for air when he sees a horrific sight.

"They're gone."

We all returned back to the apartment. We had placed Ellie to rest on her bed with no hope that she is coming back. I needed a minute to breathe. This is so much.

I walk to the balcony where I could get some fresh air. After a minute of thinking I hear people behind me.

It's Danny and Bridget.

"Hey (y/n), you doing okay?"

"No." I say with a shaky voice. "My head hurts. I feel like my body has been ripped open. I witnessed whatever just happened with Ellie. How are you guys doing?"

"I am so sorry (y/n), this isn't easy for any of us which is why we all have to stick together." Bridget mentions. "Even if we can't make it through this, I think some of us have some things to say just in case." She starts clearing her throat and looking at Danny. What does he need to tell me?

He starts to open his mouth to tell me but he was interrupted by the neighbors asking to talk to me.

Hopefully I will find out what Danny needed to tell me.
