"Where were you these 5 days? You have no idea how much has happened!" Louren exclaimed, walking with you through the university corridor as you just entered, Nia and Brishona by your side as well.
"I was a bit sick. What happened, by the way?" You asked, curious about the events that unfolded during your absence.
"Mr. Kim was a little upset these days and without warning, he sent the troublemakers into detention," Louren replied.
"He asked about you from Jin since you guys are close, and in response, Jin told him that you had a fever. Since then, he seemed quite concerned," Nia added.
"Is he worried about our Y/n or something?" Brishona wondered aloud.
"Ay no, I mean, he could be worried about something else. Why would he be concerned about me, though?" you asked, feeling a mix of surprise and uncertainty as you felt a bit perplexed by their wonders.
"Since you are his favorite student, it can be, you know," Brishona teased, flashing a mischievous smile.
"Whatever!" You responded, playfully rolling your eyes.
"How are you feeling now, by the way?" Nia asked.
"Oh, much better," you replied with a grateful smile.
As soon as Mr. Kim entered the classroom, his eyes met yours, and his face lit up with a genuine smile. It was evident that he felt relieved to see you back and well.
"Good morning, class," Mr. Kim greeted with a soft smile.
"See, now that you're back, his mood changed to the jolly one," Brishona remarked playfully.
"Oh, please, it might not be what you're thinking!" You replied, trying to hide your amusement.
"Whatever it is, I'd love to ship you guys!" Brishona exclaimed with a big smile, but her excitement was cut short by Mr. Kim's gentle reminder.
"Ms. Nam, don't talk during class, please," he said, not firmly.
"You got what you deserved!" you giggled, as Brishona quickly apologized and pouted like a kid.
Throughout the class, you couldn't help but notice his occasional glances in your direction, and it made you feel a sense of a... ticklish feeling.

Feeling a bit nervous but determined to catch up on the missed classes and understand the math concepts, you found yourself standing in front of Mr. Kim's office room.
You hesitated whether to knock or not. But, before you could make a move, the door opened from inside, revealing Mr. Kim.
"Oh, Do you need anything, Ms. Lim?" He asked gently.
"Oh.. ah.. um.. since I was absent and missed a lot of classes, I'm having trouble understanding the current chapter of math. So, I was wondering if you could help me with it. Only if you're free!" You stated nervously, feeling a bit anxious about approaching him for help.
"Obviously! I don't have any problem. Let's go to the library; I'll teach you," He replied with a reassuring smile.
As you both entered the library together, you noticed that it was empty, devoid of other students or distractions. This presented the best opportunity for your study session.
"Should I start it from the beginning?" Mr. Kim asked, taking the notebook in his hand.
"Yes, that'll be better," you replied simply. He nodded with a smile.
He patiently explained the entire concept and then handed you a question to solve, intending to assess your understanding. As you focused on solving the problem, he found himself unconsciously captivated by your features-the way your eyes moved as you concentrated, and how you absentmindedly licked your cherry-colored-lips out of habit.
A small smile crept onto his face as he admired you closely. He quickly looked away, realizing that he was unintentionally staring. His cheeks warm up with a hint of blush.
Gathering his composure, he returned his attention to the task at hand. You handed him your completed papers, and he checked them carefully, pleased to see that you had understood the concepts well.
"Thanks a lot, Mr. Kim, for helping me," you bowing respectfully, offering him a sheepish smile.
"You're most welcome. Tell me if you have any further problems; I'd love to help you with them," he replied, returning your smile warmly.
As he helped you gather your things, his hand accidentally brushed against yours, causing his heart to race unexpectedly. He couldn't help but blush, feeling the warmth spreading across his cheeks.
"Thank you once again," you bowed and quickly departed, not wanting to be late and face your mother's scolding.
Mr. Kim watched your retreating figure fondly, a soft smile playing on his lips. Reflecting on the time spent together, he couldn't help but blush. It wouldn't be surprising if he admitted to himself that he had fallen in love with his very favorite student.
As he stood there, contemplating the emotions stirring within him, he knew that this newfound affection would need to be handled with utmost care and professionalism, considering the boundaries between teacher and student.
He walked back to his office, his heart still fluttering with the memories of the study session. He knew that this encounter had left a significant impact on him, and he couldn't wait to see you again in class.

"You're late again? I doubt you're doing something," your mom remarked while washing the dishes.
"I swear, Mama, I was at the library, and Mr. Kim was teaching me a chapter that I missed due to my illness," you explained, trying to win her understanding.
"Oh, then that's good. Tell him to give his number to me so I can call him whenever you're late or something because you don't pick up my calls," she said wiping her hand.
"Okay!" You said before rushing to your room to change.
"Where were you today after classes? I couldn't find you anywhere," Jin's voice came from the other side of the call.
"Oh, as you know, I missed many classes, including math, and I couldn't understand a single thing, so I went to Mr. Kim and asked for his help," you replied while munching on your delicious food after a long, comfortable bath.
"You could've told me," he said in an almost inaudible tone, which you eventually didn't hear.
"You said something?"
"I said you should've told me through text that you're with Mr. Kim. I was worrying without any reason," he lied, trying to hide his true emotions.
"Okay, sorry. By the way, why are you worrying about me so much lately, hm?" You asked playfully.
"Obviously, I should. Why do I call you my sister then, huh?" He replied firmly.
"Yeah, okay. You don't have to react like this. I'm a grown woman anyway," you giggled nervously, sensing that something was off. He had been acting weird since that night.
Namjoon lay down on his bed, attempting to ease his mind. He was feeling a mix of emotions—worry, excitement, and amazement—all at the same time. He couldn't help but look forward to seeing you the next day, and it made him feel somewhat desperate. He knew it was wrong to let his thoughts wander in this direction, but he couldn't help but think about you.
"What is wrong with me?!" He grumbled in annoyance. Images of your soft smile, your silly behavior, and your whole personality kept flashing in his mind. He found himself captivated by your presence and couldn't shake off the feeling of wanting to know more about you.
With these conflicting thoughts, he drifted into a restless sleep.
A/N Note💌: Finally Namjoon realized his feelings ( ꈍᴗꈍ) on the other hand, Y/n just loves him as a professor. She's kind of anti-love because of her parents that's why she didn't realize the hints that Namjoon was giving her so i guess you wouldn't get confused. I hope the next chapter goes out well. ◝(⁰▿⁰)◜
