I've Missed You

Hikari Aina POV

There was a slight change of plans, Askashi called Momoi and said that we should take a trip to the beach. So now we're back home and packing for the trip, it's Friday so we're leaving this afternoon. To my surprise, Aomine and Kagami have cars which explains why they looked for a place with a carpark.

"You guys ready?" Momoi yelled

I went down with my duffel bag and met up with the group, I saw a petite girl with a strawberry blonde hair chatting with Kise

"You must be Hikari, I'm Arikita Izumi" She said looking at me and offering her hand to shake.

"Nice to meet you, Arikita" I said shaking her hand

"You can call me Izumi" She smiled "So, will you be riding with us?" She asked

"I actually don't know who I'm riding with"

"Well that's great, you can ride with us. We're in Aomine's car" She said

"Oh bu-"

I was about to protest but Kise beat me to it "C'mon Ainachi, you're coming with us. I'm taking your bags to Aominechi's car"

Izumi and I follow Kise to Aomine's car

"Daiki! I'm calling shotgun okay" Izumi said when we met up with Aomine. Huh, she calls him by his first name. I looked at Aomine, he smiled at her and said sure

"I've sent the location to the group, see you guys there. Aina-min, I added you in the group as well" Momoi said before walking to Kagami's car

Aomine is the one driving and I was seated behind him. I was listening to Kise's stories about the games they played in high school. He seems to like his high school teammates a lot which made me happy since he used to be like that in middle school before they all started changing

He mentioned a game they had against Aomine's high school

"It was crazy Ainachi, it was the first time I could copy and might actually beat him. I was gonna win but my foot was injured so I let him win" Kise boasted

"Yeah right, you weren't even close to beating me" Aomine added

"But it really was an awesome game Daiki, he copied you perfectly. Even our team was surprised and Wakamatsu was on the edge" Izumi said slapping Dai- I mean Aomine's arm

"Well Kise, I sure hope there's a recording of that game cause I would love to watch them. You know just to prove that you actually copied Aomine" I smirked at the blonde boy

"Oh just you wait when we get to the villa I'll show you" He pouted

"No need to pout Kichan" I called him by Momoi's pet name while pinching his cheeks

I looked at the rearview mirror and saw that Aomine was looking at me or was I just imagining things. I shrugged it off and looked outside the window

"Daiki, can we stop at a convenient store. I'm hungry" Izumi said

"Yeah, okay" Aomine replied

We stopped at the convenient store to grab some things and just to stretch our legs

I was looking at popsicles since it was way too hot and I found the one I used to eat back in middle school. I took the strawberry flavored and decided to get some for the others

"Hey Hikari is that your real hair?" Izumi asked

"Please call me Aina and yes it is" I said touching my very jet black hair which was a little wavy. My Father is American but my mom is Japanese, I inherited my dad's wavy hair and height but my mom's Asian features
