I Officially Hate Mondays

Hikari Aina POV

"Daichan! Inamin! Where are those two?" I heard Momoi say waking me up. She's like an unwanted alarm clock

"C'mon Momoi, their probably out for a run" I think that's Izumi

"Yeah but it's almost lunch time and they're not back yet" Momoi said

"They'll show up eventually, come we need to prepare lunch" Akashi said and I heard them walk away. I groaned, I can't believe we fell asleep in the attic. I felt Aomine's arm draped on my waist which felt familiar, by how heavy his arm feels, I can tell he's still asleep, I slowly turn my body around so I can face him. His lips are slightly parted while he lightly snores

Last night when he was telling me stories of the games he played, I can see the spark he used to have back when he first played in middle school. I'm very happy to see that he's back to his old self but again he's more mature now even though he still bickers with the guys and Momoi but still he's more mature. I stared at him, I know it's creepy but he looks so peaceful as always when he sleeps.

"You're staring" He said which surprised me and his morning voice, it's deeper now that he's older

"I wasn't staring at you dummy, I was practically moving my face away cause your breath stinks" I said trying to turn my body away from him but he only pulled me closer to him and kissed my cheek before snuggling his head on my neck

"Yeah okay, morning" He said before yawning and I froze. This is way too familiar, after a few second he froze as well and removed his arm from my waist

"Uh I'm sorry, I didn't realize what I was doing" He said sitting up while he rubs the back of his neck. I sat up as well needing to stretch

"It's okay. We should head back, Momoi's looking for us" I said opening the attic door and climb out

"So should we sneak in or just walk in?" I asked, I don't want the others to get the wrong idea

"Leave it to me" He said walking ahead of me but me following close behind him

"Where have you two been?! I was looking all over for you both and don't tell me you went out running, you're both still wearing the same clothes as last night!" Momoi said while she points the spatula she's holding

"Momoi, don't tell me you're cooking" I looked at Akashi "Is this punishment or something?"

"I'm just helping with the cooking, Izumi and the guys are doing most of the work" She said "Hey don't change the subject, where did you two run off last night?" She asked no, she demanded

"We hid at the attic and talked but then we fell asleep, hey if you think about it we won. Who lost last night?" Aomine said acting casual

"The attic? Oh that one, why didn't we look there, I should've known you would hide there Daiki" Izumi said looking at Aomine then at me

"Go change and help with lunch" Midorima said, he was looking at me and I know what he's already thinking of so I shook my head at him

"Yeah, I'm going to change and get cleaned up" I said, I walked to mine and Izumi's room. I thought about Aomine kissing my cheek this morning, that's how he usually was when we were dating. Touching my cheek, I looked at my reflection in the mirror "No snap out of it Aina" I muttered to myself, I washed up a bit and changed into something more comfortable, an oversized t-shirt and running shorts. When I got out of the shower, I saw Izumi sitting on her bed

"Hey, I'm sorry I took long in the bathroom. Did you want to use it?" I asked, Izumi was quiet for a bit and looked at me

"Hey Aina, can I ask you something?" I nodded "Shoot"
