It was the day of the game and everyone was hyped even though it's just a practice game but they're treating it as if it's a national game

I rode with the team to Shinkake University where I sat beside Kenji, I was still pissed at Aomine and he seems to he ignoring me as well so things are working out

"Are you nervous?" I asked Kenji, he smiled at me and shook his head "Nah, I'm more fired up than nervous. I've been itching to play since all we do is practice" he replied

"What about you? You actually going to co-manage the team?" He asked

"I'll think about, although it would be fun to woop you guys into shape" I smirked at him

"I've been meaning to ask, what's the deal with you and Aomine. I told my friends that I asked you out and they all said that I have the balls to ask Aomine's girlfriend on a date" I froze, not knowing what to say, did he ask me out on a date? We've only hung out twice but I never considered it as a date

"Uh- well, we're close friends" I said, I mean that's what me and Aomine are right? Friends? Kenji looked at me and he seems like he's not convinced but I'm guessing he's brushing it off so things won't be awkward

The game started and the first line up would be Aomine, Kenji, Kuroko and two other guys from the team. I looked at Midorima and he smirked at me, he thinks he's gonna win. You see, me and that gigantic carrot made a bet, if our team wins, he would buy me any food I want for the whole week and if he's team wins, I would do his laundry and get him his lucky item for the day

The tip off started and we got the ball, Ren from our team passed the ball to Kenji before, Kenji fake a shot passing to Kuroko then made an alley oop to Aomine. The audience watching in the gym screamed cheering for our team

Himuro now has the ball and passed to Midorima before he made his three point shot. He looked at me and adjusted his glasses, I smirked at him and tolled my eyes clapping cause the shot was pretty cool

"Midorin is taking you bet seriously" Momoi said from beside me, I smirked at her

"He takes any game seriously Momoi"

The game went on and it was time for a break after the second quarter. We head the guys head to the bench and I gave Kenji a water bottle

"Coach can we go now?" Kise asked from his seat, he looks very eager to play

"Yeah, I'm subbing Ren and Izumaki. Kagami and Kise you're up" coach said before the buzzer went off

The score was 66 us to 69 Shinkake, I can see how badly both teams want to win. Kuroko passed the ball to Kagami then he made a dunk, just when Shinkake got the ball, Kise took it and passed the ball to Aomine before he made an unformed shot

I gotta admit looking at Aomine, he looks hot and it annoys me more that every time he makes a shot Izumi's cheers can be heard off

"Are you okay Inamin?" Momoi asked  huh? I looked at her and gave her a weird look

"What do you mean?" I questioned

"You've been holding on to the board and rumpled up the paper" she pointed at the thing I'm holding. I internally groaned

"I'm fine" I said straightening the paper and looked ahead to the game

"Look I know that you won't talk about whatever happened between you and Daichan, I tried talking to him as well but he won't say anything. I just hope you both figure it out" Momoi said and gave me a small smile

It's now currently down to the last 30 seconds and we are at 97 while Shinkake is at 95

Shinkake is not a bad team, I can see they're strong but they're not as strong as our team. I smirked at Midorima and Himuro, they did well
