Chapter 26

Gavi;

What the actual fuck. Why is my girl wearing Pedri's jersey? I flip my head around looking for Pedri and my eyes land on him. He shoots me a smirk and a wave. I'm going to kill him.

I stamp my way over to him. I slap him across the back of his head. "Ow" he leans over with his hand on his head but I know it didn't hurt him that much because his dying of laughter.

"Why is my girl wearing your jersey?" I grit out. "I don't know maybe because I'm so irresistible!" I slap him again on his chest this time. "Not funny. You better not pull this again. She will only wear my jersey. Okay?" He laughs but nods his head I was satisfied enough with that.

We start the game. I play good because every now and then I get distracted by Eimear. I'm thankful when half time comes. I sprint into the locker room. I grab my training jersey and run back out. I hear Xavi screaming at me "GAVI WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"
I ignore him and keep running.

The minute I come out of the tunnel I hear people screaming. I set my eyes on her and sprint over. I climb over the barricade. The security guards instantly step towards me but don't try to hold me back. "Eimear" I beckon her to lean over the railing to me. I give her my training jersey. "Put that on now. I will not hesitate to rip that jersey off of you. You are MY girl Eimear and you will only wear my jersey because I want everyone to know that." She opens her mouth to protest but I slam my lips against her. She's mine.

I pull away and turn to leave. I climb the barricade. Right before I leave I turn around send Eimear a wink, smirk and blow her a kiss. I see her go red. I hear Xavi shout at me. Shit. I turn and sprint over to the tunnel and Xavi.

"Gavi get the hell into the locker room. You have a death wish." I laugh and pat him on the shoulder "sorry Xavi". I race pass him before he can kill
Me and into the locker room.

We win the game 1-0. Lewy scored the goal near the end of the game. Pedri and me are ready to go. We say our goodbyes and we meet the Eimear, Micheal and Aurora outside. "Congrats!" Eimear says as she pulls me in for a hug. I can't help but smile. "Thank you." She pulls back and goes to leave but I grab her by her wrist and turn her back towards me. "You forgot something". I press my lips to hers. "Ewww". We pull away and I burst out laughing. "Sorry Micheal". Eimear whispers. That makes me laugh even more. She slaps me "oh shut up". She pulls Pedri in for a hug and tells him congrats. I instantly stop laughing. Aurora pulls me in for a hug "congrats." I feel her whisper beside my ear "don't worry she's made about you. I promise we talked about it". I try to fight the smile but I can't.

We are all back at Pedri's place. His brother is away for the night. "This is boringggg". Micheal groans. I laugh. Pedri leans forward "I have an idea why don't we play truth or dare". "Hell yeah". "Ah no Micheal we need to get going it's nearly midnight your mom would kill me". "No don't. Please stay for a little while longer. We have tomorrow off for the first time in ages which means we can hang out". "Yeah I agree with Gavi. You guys can stay with us. My brother isn't home so we can all bunk." "Pleaseee Eimear". I decide to join him. I get on my knees and out my face in my hands and pout. "Yess please Eimear". She laughs. "Are you sure Pepi?" "Si". "Alright then but you still have to go to bed Micheal". He groans. "I don't want to but deal". Eimear lets out another laugh. Pedri leans over "Micheal can have my bed, you and Eimear can have the spare room, Aurora can take the other spare room and I will take Fernando's room". "You sure" "si". "Right time for bed Micheal". ""Can I have a piggy back ride?" I laugh "of course. Hop on." He hops on and I bring him upstairs. Eimear follows us.

I put Micheal down. Pedri also followed us. He opens his drawers and takes out cloths and hands them to Micheal. "You can wear them." "Thank Pedri". He runs into the bathroom. Pedri throws more cloths at me and hands more to Eimear. "Thank you for this Pepi I really appreciate it". "Of course." "Actually I have a favour to ask". "Si" "as your the only one who can drive could you bring me to and airport in the morning to collect my friends?" He smiles "defiantly". "Im coming too!" "Okay thank you guys so much".

Micheal walks out of the bathroom. Eimear laughs. "That's a bit big isn't it?" "Yeah just a bit but I can't believe im in PEDRI'S CLOTHES!" We all laugh. "They suit you Micheal". Pedri then turns to me. "Right let's leave them alone." I nod my head and turn to Eimear "see you down stairs Eimear?" "Yeah." We leave them alone.

When we get down Pedri gives Aurora some clothes to change into for the night. I head into the kitchen with him and we get drinks and snacks for tonight. We set everything up on the table. The girls come back in.

"Right who wants to play truth or dare?" Pedri asks. "Sure". "I'm up for it." I turn and look at Eimear. She just nods.

We play a load of rounds that by the end of it we were all drunk except Pedri who remembered half way through it he has to drive tomorrow. We decide to call it quits and go to bed.

When we go upstairs Pedri tells us all where we are sleeping. I turn to Eimear "are you okay with that?"
She smiles "yeah". We all say goodnight and head to our rooms.

"Are you sure your okay with me staying here. I can sleep on the couch if you want". She comes over to me and puts her arms around me neck. On instant I put my arms around her waist. " Gavi I'm sure. I think it's you that's scared I promise I don't bite." She kisses me. "Hmm that's a pity". She laughs and pulls away. She gets changed in the bathroom and I get changed outside. I just pull on a pair of sweatpants and no top.

I knock on the door to the bathroom. "Yeah?" "Can I come in?" Eimear opens the door and beckons for me to come in. She can't speak because she's washing her teeth. I join her by the sink and start washing mine. When we finish she starts washing her face so I lean against the counter and wait for her.

We both get into bed. "Thank you for today and for everything Gavi". I smirk "anytime Eimear anytime". She laughs. I slip her hair off her face "but seriously I would do anything for you Eimear. I have only known you for a week yet you are the person I instantly look for in the crowd. You make me happy. I feel comfortable around you I feel like I can tell you anything. So thank you". I lean in and kiss her softly on the lips.

When I pull away she's grinning brightly. I pull her into my chest and wrap my arms around her. We fell asleep like this.
