Grace hated school. One of the biggest parts of Deucalion's plan was getting close to teenagers involved with both Scott and Derek, which means she had to go to school. She hadn't gone in over a year, but, weirdly enough, she wasn't falling behind or struggling, she just didn't like it.

Authority was never her speed, she never liked people telling her what to do. Even Deucalion got on her nerves every once in a while, like when he made her attend a public high school. She practically owed her life to Deucalion, so she was okay with his orders most of the time.

And now, she was cruising the hallway, trying to find Stiles and just talk to him. Finally, she was just going to find him and speak, even though he definitely knew that she was a part of the alpha pack. Honestly, Grace didn't care, she had a job and she couldn't complete it. This was genuinely bothering her. There had never been a single thing that Deucalion told her to do that she couldn't, but now she was having trouble being friends with a teenage boy. It was pathetic.

She found the boy harassing some girl about her dead boyfriend being a virgin, it was, frankly, sort of disturbing. She wouldn't want some random guy coming up to her after her boyfriend was ritually sacrificed asking if they'd ever had sex. It was weird and she had half a mind to turn around and just abandon the task indefinitely.

But, she would give him the benefit of the doubt, there was probably something going on with him that was making him so spastic about it.

Grace watched as his father ripped into him about impeding the investigation, then Stiles started talking about patterns, referring to human sacrifices without actually telling him. Entertaining, if you had to ask her. Obviously, Deucalion had shared that information with her already, they knew about the Darach in operation.

She wouldn't tell him anything, but she would help him get closer to the truth. Her reason? Why shouldn't they know about the ritual sacrifices? She couldn't care less if they knew. Besides, a little payback to Deucalion for making her do shit she didn't want to do.

"Human sacrifices, huh?" She asked him from over his shoulder, sitting down in the chairs next to the principals office, after he started watching his dad walk away with the FBI agents. She giggled as he jumped three feet in the air, clearly startled by the voice he probably didn't know.

"How'd you know that?" He asked as he calmed down.

"Aiden told me the theory you came up with during cross country this morning," She said as she waved for him to sit down. He shrugged and accepted the seat next to her.
