I honestly tried to make a day go by without texting Naelani. Well that's kind of a lie. I think I'd let a few hours go by but nothing more than that.
Talking to her on the podcast worked. Changing my entire number also worked. I had about a million people texting me and it was getting extreme.
Someone even started trying to face time me.. I didn't pick up I can't imagine what would've happened if I did.
But with Naelani I just went for it, admittedly I didn't mean to flirt with her so much on the air. It obviously made her nervous because she ended the live stream podcast with a million views. I can't say Matt would ever do something like that.
I try to convince myself that he's not just into likes these days but every now and then he's talking to John or looking at comments.
And every now and then I'm texting Naelani. She doesn't care what I look like and if I weren't famous that'd bother me.
I started working on an imaginary pro and con list to her deal.
Pro: if she doesn't see my face she won't act like some crazy fan.
Con: she genuinely doesn't even seem like the type.
Pro: if she sees my face maybe she'll see me as more than a friend.
Con: she doesn't want to see me that way
It makes sense though. To keep my identity secret from her. It's unfair since I know hers but I have no idea how she'll react to who I am in terms of social media. So I'm not lying I'm just... hiding the truth?
