The rest of the car ride is mostly uneventful, just some chit chat about the party. They arrive at the party and pile out of the car, all thanking Christian's sister for driving them, and they walk to the front door. From outside, with the door still closed, you could hear the bustling of all the people who were already intoxicated. Jared knew this night would be one to remember. The sound of Kennedy's Toyota Corolla grew farther away. Then the group walked up to the rundown porch and Jackson opened the door.

They stepped into the house, it was packed with people. Music was blaring, and you could count the amount of sober people on one hand. They pushed through the flood of people to go toward either people they knew or to get a drink from somewhere. Jackson gave Christian a peck on the lips before grabbing Darrel to help him look for Spencer. Lindsey splits from the rest of them to find Fae, a girl she has had a crush on for ages. Fae had shoulder length brown hair with tips dyed pink, she was pretty, showstopper pretty. To Lindsey, it felt like the whole world slowed down when she was around. What she liked most about Fae was that she didn't care what other people thought. Lindsey was determined to find and talk to her tonight. Meanwhile, Jared and Christian are left together to grab drinks.

Jared and Christian both pour themselves a cup of blue vodka, Christian pouring two, one for Jackson. Jared tries to talk to Christian, but he can't quite find the words. They split up after getting their drinks, Christian goes to find Jackson. Jared walks around looking for Darrel or Lindsey, but ends up bumping into Spencer. "Oh, I didn't know you were coming, Jared," Spencer smiles. "Yeah haha, Darrel invited me and I didn't really have anything better to do," Jared replies. Spencer gazes at Jared before asking, "Hey, want to go somewhere quieter so we can talk?" Jared takes a second before responding, "Yeah, uh- sure," and Spencer takes his hand and brings him to an empty room. A feeling of anxiety washes over Jared, he wonders what Spencer could want to talk about.

Jared walks in and looks around before looking back at Spencer. "So, what do you wanna talk about?" he asks, nervously. "Nothing," Spencer replies, quickly pushing Jared up against a wall and kissing him. Jared, in a state of shock, pushes Spencer away before quickly pulling him back against himself and kissing him back. The anxiety quickly fades out of Jared, and he pushes Spencer until his knees hit the edge of the bed behind him. He sits on the bed and Jared straddles his lap. They look at each other with lust-filled stares. The sound of belts hitting the floor soon echoed around them, along with the sounds of rustling fabric and zippers.

After a while of searching, Lindsey finally finds Fae on the balcony of the second floor smoking a cigarette. She goes onto the balcony, closes the door and says, "Hey, Fae.". Fae responds with a simple "Hey," and gestures for her to come stand with her, "It's a full moon." Lindsey looks up at the bright, brilliant full moon, and agrees, "Yeah, it's so pretty." Fae offers the cigarette to Lindsey, and she quickly accepts. Fae takes a deep breath of the fresh air and extends her hands onto the railing of the balcony. Lindsey, seeing her opportunity, nervously reaches her hand onto the railing and moves her pinky on top of Faes. They have a moment of comfortable silence, and admire the night sky together.

Jackson was talking to some of his friends and Darrel, with his arm around Christian, Christian felt left out since Jackson wasn't paying any attention to him. Christian felt alone. But, all Jackson could think of was where Jared had gone. His eyes darted around the room until he finally locked eyes with him. He looked messy, his hair was ruffled, and was that Spencer?... Then Jackson realized...

Jared and Spencer walked out of the room together, Spencer still fixing his pants and putting on his belt. Jared sees Jackson looking over at them from across the room. They make eye contact and Jared quickly glances over to Spencer, only to see that he's gone. He looks back toward Jackson and he's walking away.
