the next day went by pretty fast. i took the same classes as Wille and Felice and we had plenty of fun.

alot of people exchanged looks with me, especially Felice's friends but i tried to not think about too much.

"what are you wearing tonight?" Felice asked me. she didnt even take her eyes off her phone.

"i dont know" i said and walked over to my closet. "what about this" i took a black mini dress.

Felice looked up at me and her jaw dropped. "hell yeah"

i chuckled and nodded "okay" "do you have anything to match with me?"

"i might" Felice stood up and said she will be right back.

she eventually found a matching dress and we got ready together.

"we look amazing, Felice" i said. we were standing infront of my mirror together.

moments later, there was a knock on my dorm door so i came to see who it was.

"August?" i looked up to meet his eyes.

"hey" he gave me a warm smile "i wanted to ask you if maybe you'd concider going to the party together"

"oh um actually" i opened the door wider so he could see Felice.

"hi August" Felice said and walked over to the door.

"oh" August's eyes traveled from my face to Felice's "i will just see you there"

"of course" i gave him a reassuring smile and closed the door.

"girl, August is clearly into you" Felice said and crossed her arms as i started gathering my things to put in my purse for the party.

"right" i looked at her and scoffed sarcastically.

"im serious" she frowned her eyebrows at me.

"he is my friend i mean its true we used to be close but he never liked me like that" i told Felice while locking my door

"if thats what you think" Felice said and we started walking to the party, hand in hand.

when we got there, the room was full of kids from Hillerska, there were different party lights shining and loud music was playing.

"this night will be lit, Felice" i let go of her and started walking towards August and my brother.

"gentlemen" i said confidently and sat down infront of them.

"ma lady" Vincent, who was sitting next to Wille said, took my hand gently and kissed it.

"wow, high manners" i said, looking into Vincent's eyes.

"only for the princess" he said and winked at me. "here, take this" Vincent passed me his drink.

"isnt it yours?" i asked, cause why would i finish a drink he bought.

"yeah. but i will get another one" he said loudly over the heavy music.

"alright. thanks" i smiled at him and he left to get new drinks with his friend Nils.

"who the fuck invited them?" i heard a boy say and he pointed at a guy with dark hair and im pretty sure the girl next to him was his sister.

"i did" August said with ease while Wille just stared at them.
"keep your friends close and enemies closer"

i chuckled a bit and looked at August. he pointed at the empty seat next to him on the couch. basically saying: come sit next to me. and thats what i did.

August wrapped his arm around me and i sank into his chest. "fucking non-res" he said and chuckled at the two siblings once more.

i woke up the next morning next to August in his room.

"good morning, princess" he said, while our eyes locked.

"how did i get here, August?" i asked a bit concerned, cause i dont remember anything from last night and i had a huge headache.

"you got pretty drunk last night so i took you to my room, after the party" he said rubbing my cheek.
"i couldnt risk leaving you alone"

i was shoked by his words, i dont remember him being so caring.

"thank you, August" i smiled at him and sat up on the bed and so did he, wrapping his arm around my lower back and resting his head on my shoulder, until someone knocked.

August stood up and opened the door, and thats when i took my opportunity to run out of his room.

i got ready for the day and found Felice outside, by the fountain so i sat with her and Maddie and some other girls.

"hey Ivy" Felice hugged me "where were you this morning?" she gave me a suspicious look. "you missed breakfast"

"right, i was um" i looked at Maddie and thought for a second if i should tell them or not.

"i was getting ready, i woke up kind of late" i tried to say that as calmly as possible and thats when Wille walked past us.

"hi. going to math class?" Felice asked him

"yeah" Wille replied. Felice catched up to him, without saying anything she just left Maddie, her friends and me behind.

Fredrika took her sunglasses off and turned to me, Maddie and Stella.

I dont really like Frederika nor Stella but they are Felice's friends, so im trying to get along with them somehow.

"uh.. dont we have math too?" Fredrika said. all four of us stood up and followed Felice and my brother Wille.

when we catched up to them, i felt August wrap his arm around me.
i looked up at him and smiled "stalker"

August laughed slightly and turned to Felice and Wille, to hear their conversation.

"are you going to horror movie night on friday?" Felice asked.

"a horror movie night?" i whispered to August.

"oh yeah, youre coming with me this time, Ivy" August snirked down at me.

"you are not the one who decides that"
i said and crossed my arms.

"actually, when can i buy you a dinner, princess Ivy" August said after Wille walked off alone.

"we will see, okay August" i said without looking at him and put my sunglasses on.

"well, think about it, okay?" he said in a flirting way and left me with the girls.

"i mean.. oh, my, god" Stella said looking at me with wide eyes.

"i think it sounds romantic" Fredrika said while i just stayed quiet.

Stella gave Fredrika a judging look and scoffed a bit "romantic? yeah, maybe if you want to be with someone who thinks he owns you"

"i dont wanna be with him" i said even tho i wasnt sure if that was the truth.

Fredrika and Stella both ignored me and continued their conversation "okay, maybe he used to be a player, but love can actually change you" Fredrika said

"right" Stella scoffed at us sarcastically and left.

"shes probably just jealous" Felice said "dont let it get to you, Ivy"

i slid my sunglasses down my nose and looked at Stella "right"
