Sophie and I hung out in the guest room for a little while. We took some cute pictures for our Instagrams and I made her make some tik toks with me.

My favorite one we made was one we took in the mirror. She had her arm hung around me and we were basically just showing our clothes. The sound on it was 'why don't you bring your girlfriend. The way she eyes me down excites me.'

"Your dress in so gorgeous, dude." She tells me from her spot on the bed. I'm walking around the room, working on posting a couple things. "You already told me that, dork. But, thank you." I laugh.

"Are we okay?" She asks after a minute of silence. "I mean, yeah? Why?" I ask turning off my phone and setting it on the dresser. "We've been..tense, since earlier." She says, focusing on not saying the wrong thing.

"Oh, I haven't thought so." I lie, sitting on the edge of the bed. "Maizy." She says in a voice that tells me she knows I'm lying. "Okay, yeah. We have. I can't help it though." I tell her. "I know, me neither." She says.

We sit in silence for a minute, not knowing how to fix the tension. "Kaylie told me something." I say, noticing how fear enters Sophie's eyes. "That you like me?" I say as more of a question.

"Fuck." Shs mumbles, letting her face fall into her hands. I turn a little to face her more. "Hey." I say quietly, pulling on one of her arms. She raises her head, looking at me and letting her hands drop into her lap.

I move my hand from her arm down to her hand, holding it lightly. "Do you?" I ask quietly, she nods her head. "Then why'd you shut me down earlier?" I ask. "A couple reasons." She tells me, sounding sad.

I start to hear a familiar song playing in the living room. "Come with me." I smile, taking her hand more and getting up. Without a word, Sophie stands from the bed and follows me out of the room.

Hand in hand, we make our way to the living room. The lights are more dim now, and less colorful. Some people are in the kitchen eating, but most are slow dancing in the middle of the room.

"Dance with me." I say. I pull her more into the living room before turning around to face her.

Living in a dream, when I'm with you

I wrap my arms around her neck, she places her hands on my waist. "I like this song." I smile.

I don't know how to think, when I kiss you

"It's pretty." She mumbles, looking into my eyes. "So, um. What were those reasons?" I ask.

You just hung up the phone, but I miss you

"Uhm, well one, we're going to work together. What if we get together and then something happens and it ends up being awkward when we film?"

I'm addicted to your love, that's the issue (that's the issue)
You're my dream girl

I nod my head, understanding where she's coming from. "And the other reason?" I ask.

You're my dream girl
Girl, I only see you when I'm sleeping (when I'm sleeping)

"I really, really like you. And maybe, it...it scares me little. Or a lot." She says.

I wake up every morning, you keep leaving (you keep leaving)

I smile, subconsciously moving closer to her. Our hips are only an inch apart, and my hands on her shoulders in the crook of her neck. Her thumbs rub my waist lightly, our eyes never leaving eachothers.

I'm in love with that face, it's all I'm seeing (it's all I'm seeing)

"Do you think that...we're worth the risk?" I ask softly, glancing down at her lips every so often.

Just cannot explain this fuzzy feeling (this fuzzy feeling)

She clears her throat before saying, "Yeah, I think we could be." I slide my hands from her shoulders up to her jaw. I hold her face in my hands as her eyes start lingering on my lips.

You're my dream girl

I lean up, standing on my toes. Sophie's hands tighten on my waist, bring my body closer to her. We lean in together, pressing our lips together.

You're my dream girl
