It's the third and last task, and I can't figure out how to go along with my plan. Snape is keeping an eye on Harry, and I'm waiting for it to start.

Sirius isn't here to support me even though he can be here, but when I saw Cedric's father, Amos, give him words of encouragement, I felt jealous. Every champion's parent is here except mine. But if Harry were in the tournament, Sirius would've been here for every task to ensure he was okay, after arguing with the ministry affection for a while. But all I got was a Howler telling me off for cheating.

The cannon sounded again, and I went sprinting into the maze. The cup. That was a portkey. And whoever got to it first, would meet some death eaters.

Now that I knew this, I made sure I was good before using my vamp speed. I only slowed down when I saw Sirius out of the corner of my eye. I walked over to it to see what it was.

When I got closer, I saw him hugging Harry before turning towards me and said, "Sho, sho, you monster. Don't hurt Harry,"

Monster?! Boggart. Once this realization came over me, I ran from it and was about to go fast when my instincts kicked in, and I bent backward. As I did this, a spell went in front of me and hit the bushes behind me.

Breathing heave, I stood up, and turned my head. I saw Krum standing there, and he was about to shoot another spell at me when his wand was thrown from his hand and handed to Cedric.

Krum tried to punch Cedris, but I intercepted it and flipped him on his back before taking my wand out and doing a spell to put him to sleep. Looking up at Cedric, he said 'thanks' before we ran down a row together.

I saw the cup at the end when roots grabbed Cedric's feet. Without thinking, I grabbed my wand and did a spell to cut the roots. Cedric removed the roots from his ankles before taking my hand to help himself up.

We walked over to the cup together, and Cedric said, "Together?"

I nodded, and we both reached for the cup before I remembered that it was a portkey. But it was too late, and we were transported somewhere else. That turned out to be Little Hangleton Graveyard.

Cedric was looking around frantically while I was trying to listen to what was happening. I heard footsteps and grabbed his arm. He was about to say something, but I pointed a head, and we walked into a circle made with gravestones.

When we were there, I saw a tomb reading, 'Tom Marvolo Riddle.'

    "That's Voldemort," I said.

    "What?!" Cedric asked.

I pointed to the gravestone I read when a stick snapped behind us. We quickly turned around and saw a hooded figure standing there. Pettigrew.

He pointed his wand at Cedric and said, "Avada Kedavra."

Before the spell could hit Cedric, I changed it to bring him close to death, but not to death.

Then another hooded figure appeared and took his hood off. I saw the Moody imposter. His polyjuice potion wore off and revealed him to be Barty Crouch Jr. I didn't step back, as I knew this was my chance to get what I needed.

"Here's the deal, Black. You've got one week from now to bring us Harry Potter. Failure to do so will lead you to a worse fate than dear Diggery over there."

"How about I do you one better, Crouch, and bring the dark lord back now?" I shifted so my arms were crossed and was leaning on my left foot.

"How do you propose to do that, Black." Pettegrew stuttered.
