Sirius couldn't believe it. Not one bit.
He was laying in bed, his wife asleep, tucked safely and tightly into his arms. Their bond was still fresh, he could feel his magical core tingling still as her magic moved around his. Her back was pressed against his chest. His arm was numb as her head laid on it like a pillow. He didn't care, he'd let the damn thing fall off before he moved it and woke her up.
Luckily enough she eventually did wake up with the warm spring sun cascading onto their faces as it shined through the window. She reached a hand up, rubbing her eyes as she turned around in Sirius' hold, her naked chest pressing against his.
Sirius smiled softly to her. "G'morning, Scales." He said, his morning voice raspy as ever.
Hell, yesterday really did happen... didn't it?
Not only did Adira marry Sirius and have incredible sex with him, but she realized what that feeling in her chest was. She realized she was in love with him, same as he was her.
"Morning... Padfoot." Adira whispered, eyes glittering up at him.
"Hungry?" He asked, his hand running circles on her hip. "I would have gotten up and made breakfast but it would have caused us both a wicked headache."
She sighed, slowly sitting up out of Sirius' hold as she sheets fell down her body to her waist. "Yeah, a bit."
Sirius' heart couldn't help but drop. It was almost the same as those two years ago when he woke from the night he'd spent with her, hoping, praying that she felt the same. But, what did he expect? He knew this would happen. She'd let herself go for a night only to be caged back up the next morning.
Adira reached her hand out, a few bundles of clothes flying from the closet onto the bed. "Well, how about after breakfast we go check out that hotspring? I, for one, do not wish to be bored for the entire two weeks." Pandora took the liberty of packing almost all of Adira's clothing. It was mostly muggle clothes, which didn't bother Adira much because they were alone on the property and did not have to dress up for anyone.
She picked up a shirt, pulling it over her head. Sirius just laid back, watching the marks on her skin that he'd caused simply disappear underneath the material. "What if i wanted to lay around naked for two weeks?"
She rolled her eyes at him, picking up his shirt and shoving it at his face, making him chuckle. "Than you are to do that when we don't have to be in constant quarters, Sirius Black."
He grinned, grabbing the shirt from his face before he sat up and pulled it on. "Whatever you wish, Adira Black."
She glared, grabbing a new pair of knickers. "I'll kill you."
Having to stand next to Sirius as he cooked up pancakes was more of a challenge than Adira anticipated. She basically had to stand hip-to-hip with him. If she were to step even a foot away, a headache would ensue. But it wasn't the headaches that made this a challenge. It was the way he managed to make cooking look so gods damned hot.
