Imagine Elijah getting very mad/pissed off at you but later he regrets.
You were calling with you're best friend Bonnie when u suddenly heard the door open loudly. You looked at you're front door to see Elijah standing there with an angry look on his face.
"Hey bonnie, I think I will have to call you back later." You said and hung up.
"Baby what happened?" You asked Elijah and cupped his face with ur hands but he moved away.
"I cant believe you would kill that much innocents!" He said and you looked at him confused.
"What do you mean? I never killed anyone." You said.
"Y/n stop lying! You killed 12 innocents. They had family!" At this point Elijah snapped and sped up to you and grabbed you by ur neck and pushed you against the wall.
"E-Elijah I- I can't breathe!" You said gasping for air. He let go off you and you slid down the wall crying.
"I didn't kill them!" You said as you healed slowly.
"Y/n they were i-" before he could finish Klaus came in.
"Y/n didn't kill them, it was Rebekah." He said and looked at you. "What happened?!" Klaus said.
"It's nothing, Klaus. Please leave" you said and Klaus left. Elijah looked at you and you looked away.
"Y/n I am so s-" you cut him off by walking away to you're room. Elijah's face began to fill up with guilt as you left.
When you walked out you went back to ur best friend Stefan's house. When you arrived with bruises in ur neck and tears in ur eyes you knocked. Stefan opened.
"Do you have time right now?" You asked him. He nodded and let you in. When u sat down on the couch he finally saw ur big bruise in ur neck and walked over to you.
"What happened?" He asked. Tears started to fill into ur eyes.
"Elijah grabbed me by my neck. He thought I killed 12 innocents.." You said.
Stefan nodded.
"It's gonna be okay.. I'll talk to him" he said and left.
*30 min later*
You sat on the couch reading a book when u heard the door open. You looked up and saw Elijah.
"Y/n I'm really sorry-" he began but you cut him off.
"Where is Stefan?" You asked.
"He's with Klaus." Elijah awnsered.
"What are you doing here?"
"I came to say sorry."
He walked over to you and hugged you. You flinched at first but then u hugged him back.
"It's okay."
Later that night he still apologized 10 thousand more times and you giggled when he did.
He was the best boyfriend.
