"It was fine the kids really liked today's lesson" I said back while smiling lightly since I didn't have the energy to act more excited

"I made pasta let's eat" I said as I grabbed to plates and placed them on the table as the guys grabbed the rest

We all sat on the table and starting eating

While the guys talked for something I couldn't focus on what exactly I ate silently

"Hey Soph you okay?" Ashton asked me and I looked up at him waking up from my thoughts

"Hmm?Yeah I'm just tired" I said as the all gave me confused looks

"You sure?"Calum asked me and in nodded going back to my food

I could feel the guys eyes on me as they examined my behaviour

I stood up and threw the rest of my pasta in the trash and put my plate in the dishwasher

"Goodnight guys" I said as I walked upstairs to my room

Liam

We could all see that something was wrong with Sophie. She didn't even talk about the kids which is really rare for her since she always gets excited and talkative about her class and stuff. On top of that she looked sad and really, really tired like she has taken something to help her sleep which was unusual cause she didn't have problems with her sleep.

"I'll go check on her" I said as I stood up and the guys nodded since we were all worried about her. I walked upstairs and knocked on her door and then opened it and walked in. She was laying under the covers looking absolutely drained as I sat beside hers "Hey Leila you okay?" I asked and she nodded. "Yeah I'm just tired." she said and I sighed.

"Did you take something?" I asked her as I slightly felt her pulse that was a little bit slower than normal which tells me that she did take something. "Yeah I took 2 anxiety pills." she said and all my focus completely turned on her. "Why did you take anxiety pills?" I asked her. "Cause I was stressed Cal I had some things to prepare and I got a little bit more stressed." she said but I still didn't believe her.

"Did you have a panic attack?" I asked her and she nodded. "And why didn't you take 1 pill?" I asked her again and she sighed and turned to face me. "Cause I was having a panic attack and I felt like I needed 2 pills are you done questioning me?" She said and I looked at her closely.

"I don't believe you Sophia" I said slowly to her. "Fine believe what you want then" she said and turned her head away. "You can talk to me anytime you want Soph you know that , you can talk to all of us if something is bothering you" I said and she didn't answer so I stood up cause I understood that she needed space.

"Good night Sophie" I said and I closed the door. Panic attacks don't just happen because you're stressed about some work , something must trigger them. I don't know what triggered this panic attack but I'm guessing it was really bad since she took 2 pills. I wish I could believe her when she said she was stressing about work but something tells me it was something way more serious.
