Chapter 14 : "To the Dwarfs' Mine"

The four of you arrived at the drawfs mine as grim clings to you closer "So this is the Dwarfs' Mine... Long ago, this mine was flush with magestones" deuce explains while glancing at you "Urgh... Who knows what lurks in there now?" grim groaned out his eye lower a bit "Look, I can see a house. Let's see what the people there have to say." ace said as he points to a house as the four of you walks towards the tiny cottage

Deuce knocks on the door before opening it "Hellooo? Is anybody home...?" he said and looking around as you, grim and ace waited "Must be empty, It looks like it's been abandoned" deuce called out as the three of you walk inside the cottage "Bwah! I got a spider web on my face! Ptchoo! Ptchoo!" grim screech out as he tries to get rid of the web on his face as ace laugh before exploring the cottage "Look how tiny these desks and chairs are. Did children live here?" he said before counting all the chairs "One, two... Seven! It's like a clown car in here" he exclaim in shock "When the mine was flourishing, this house must have been a lively place." deuce mutters to himself "Well, this isn't getting us anywhere" ace said as he walks out of the house "If we're gonna find a magestone, it'll be inside the mine." he continues as you, grim and deuce follow closely 'wow he's being logical for once' you thought "Let's head inside and take a look." ace said before stopping in front o the mine

"You wanna go inside THERE? It's pitch black!" grim complained as ace snickers "What, are you scared of the dark? Pathetic" he taunted making grim angry "Myah?! I'm not scared of anything! I'm taking the lead. You all follow me!" he huffed as he floated inside the cave as ace follows closely with you behind him as deuce was basically glued to your arm

Ace looks behind him seeing the scene 'tsk should been me- WHAT' he thought his cheeks flushing red as he stumbles a bit "Ace are you alright?" you ask "pshhhh of course i am! it's just uhh- dark!" he said not turning to you as you shrug at him 'holy fucking shit that was so fucking lame' ace mentally screamed

"Huh? Hold up!" deuce said stopping the four of you and getting you behind him "What now?" ace groaned "There's something there!" deuce replayed back "Hee hee hee hee! Visitors! The first in ten years!" a voice echoed thru the mine

"Do make yourselves at home... You can stay forever!"
